“Loved my stay here…Brant was very helpful with information on the area since it was our first visit. Very clean room and comfortable bed and pillows! Close walk to all of downtown shopping and restaurants. Piano bar is right across the street, but loved the live music in the garden area…the rabbit even enjoyed the music…lol…found out he feeds the rabbit graham crackers so they stick around. Beautiful property and town! Will definitely be back ”

“Bed and Breakfast i Springfield - Rummet var litet men hade det man behöver för en övernattning helt i enlighet med konceptet bädd coh frukost. Mitt rum som jag tror var ett av de mindre som finns i de tre villor som utgör detta lilla pensionat. Rummet dominerades av en stor säng med stora spiror. Sängmadrassen var med minnesskum. Det fanns en liten garderod med ett minipentry med kaffebryggare och mikro. Man kunde dosera kaffet till önskad styrka vilket jag uppskattade mycket. Badrummet hade...

“Totaly amazing! If you go to Kansas you must stay at this B&B. The house was amazing, fantastic old irish style with autentic furnishing. But it was the service and the kindness from the staff thar mad my whole stay! And the breakfast!”

We decided to skip the breakfast part of the Bed & Breakfast and enjoyed breakfast with “the locals” at “the Diner” recommended by our host. We really appreciated our host’s recommendations for a variety of quality “local” amenities. My wife raved about our “feather bed”again and again on our trip back home:-)”

“Mike is a great, easy-going guy. He gave us early access to the building & room. Convenient digital touchpad entry. He retained all the original woodwork, doors & windows that give the building a wonderful historic vibe. There is no better place to be centrally located for all of the downtown restaurants, shops, & historical sites. ”

“The stay was everything we were looking for. I love Excelsior Springs and the property puts you in the heart. Lots of shops and restaurants. Quiet and kind. The apartment was absolutely beautiful and the bed was hard to leave. The furniture, the bathroom, all added to the stay. We could watch tv and had wifi. It was spotless and cozy and Susan made sure I had all the information I needed in great time before my stay. Thank you!”
