“This stay was a total surprise as the hotel was a gem. Great location and rooms and everything worked. The best part of the stay were the staff who were so focused on first class customer service. From the time of check-in to check-out we could not have asked for more. The welcome and conversation were warm and genuine and when we mentioned we were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary to receive a bottle of wine unexpectedly was just the best. Can't speak highly enough of this property. Well...

“This was a good new hotel in Spokane. It's a little outside the city center which is good as it's safer and more quiet. Check in was easy and friendly. Just wish they could have been a little more welcoming. The parking garage was very good and only accessible by car with your room card key. Otherwise you could enter the parking garage by foot. It was also cctv in the parking garage. Room was new, big and clean. Nice view towards the city. Breakfast was good. ”

“Location was good. Older hotel. Can hear conversations in hallway and next door. Luke warm water for showers in busy morning time. No housekeeping during your stay. ”

I wasn't sure about the bed...it seemed too soft when sitting on it but I had a great night's sleep so it was just fine. The property was well kept...except for some trash around the building.
