Good, but

Very good hotel and well placed close to Central Park. But honestly no free wifi in a five star hotel! This you get at a Bed & Breakfast.

Overall good, improvement of staff requested

Overall a good place to stay, clean and very good location in Manhattan. What brings down the score is the staff being not very friendly en poor level of service. You as a customer feel that you are disturbing them when asking things.

Clean big room. Small kitchen but more than enough for us. There was a big shared kitchen as well on the 23rd floor. Nice roof terrace on 7th floor with view over the river.

Very good location, easy connections to downtown and Brooklyn. Spacious room, lots of storage, well equipped kitchen. However, the room was not really clean, there were chunks of dust in the corners.
