“The home is a well-appointed home in the mountains just outside of Morrison. It's conveniently located to get to Red Rocks and hiking trails (Mount Falcon and Pence Park). The home features two living areas, 3 large bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. It also has a small workout area with a sauna. The only downsides would be is it is a little journey for groceries or dining and there are powerlines that partially obstruct the view from the front deck. “The house smelled like pot and we had to air it out and spray it with Lysol. We had to keep taking the lid off the tank in master bathroom because it wouldn’t fill after flushing. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. In a nice neighborhood”
