The Space:

The former medical practice is located just a stone's throw away from Theresienwiese, famous for Oktoberfest. On the 1rd floor located and on 45m² the converted and renovated 2-bedroom apartment offers space for up to 8 people. The living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed. A Smart TV with Zattoo Live TV function and a large dining table are also part of the furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove and oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker and kettle. One of the total 2 bedrooms is equipped with two 160x200 double beds. The newly built bathroom has shower/WC. Explore Munich like a local and benefit from the super location in the center of Munich.

The location was good - right next to the train station, central to restaurants, multiple parks nearby. A doable 20 minute walk to central Munich.Rating a 3/5 stars due to issues with cleanliness. The trashcan provided was very small and we didn't have a container for overflow; due to building regulations we were unable to empty the bins. General cleanliness items like the coffee maker, kitchen, and bathroom could have been cleaned better between stays. We stayed for 3 days.In addition there were multiple items to plug in (like night stand lights) but a nearby outlet was not available making these items unusable.

Everything was real good with this apartment, very clean and comfortable. Nearby train station and close to Marienplatz. We recommend this apartment and I will stay here again in the future.

Decent but not great stay

Great location in town and easy to getting around, with s-bahn and grocery literally across the streetApartment was clean and largely resembles the listing photos, although some a bit deceptivelyOur main issue is the condition of the property and soft goods. Bed linens, pillows and bath towels were extremely poor quality, and very sparse. Several bedside lights were either broken or missing. Vinyl flooring peeling up. Living room couch cushions in some disrepair, very saggy and uncomfortable. Despite the other review, the kitchen is not well stocked at all - only service for 4 (for a listing that sleeps 8), little to no cookware, utensils or knives, etc. Fancy coffee maker but in desperate need of a cleaning.As to the low checkin and communication scores, it was a complete disaster. We were sent the wrong instructions and wrong code, and were outside in the freezing cold well over an hour trying to find anyone at the management office we could talk toHowever, once a different team sent us a WhatsApp checking how our stay was going, with someone to actually talk to things were resolved in minutes. And the team took full responsibility and refunded half our first night's stay. So excellent recovery on their part, and hopefully an easy fix for future renters going forward. But for us, still a messWe've stayed in 2-3 dozen Vrbo/similar over the years, and while far from the worst, this one was mediocre at best, so we think 3 stars is fair. We wouldn’t rent it again

Overall great place to stay. The video for the check in process was very helpful! The unit had multiple fans which was nice to have. We had all the essential amenities needed. Would recommended and stay again.
