You have your own kitchen and bathroom, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Get ready for a true Munich experience just a stone's throw away from Rotkreuzplatz, Castle Nymphenburg and Hirschgarten!

    The apartment is 9 minutes walking distance from Rotkreuzplatz (subway). The streetcar station Burghausener Straße is only 3 minutes walk away.

Very convenient

Nearby a grocery store, and a short walking distance from the tram station. Nice, clean, comfortable apartment.

Great location for visiting Munich

Overall this property was nice. The location is perfect as it was a short walk to the Tram station or the U-Bahn and bus stops. The apartment was cozy for our family of 5 though the shower was small. We stayed for a week and a single towel and washcloth per person seemed inadequate. The Wifi worked but was not fast and reliable enough to work via Zoom sessions. It went out a few times and we had to restart the router. The TV runs on the Wifi and it would stop, pause and buffer frequently. It wasn't perfect, but worked for our needs with these inconveniences.

Would not recommend

I cannot recommend this property. The ad lists the property as fitting 12 people, but in reality it didn't really fit five of us. There are four beds and two couches, and even doubling up on all the beds fits 10 people. The apartment is also much smaller than it appears in the pictures, so even with five people it was very crowded. As others have mentioned, it appears to be a converted storefront. There are no windows that open except for some that crack near the ceiling. The glass at street level is frosted. The bathroom is very small with no fan or window, it was almost impossible to take a shower, and the light switch didn't work well. There is no towel rack and only one small (hand) soap dispenser is provided in the shower. The handle in one of the bedrooms didn't work, so one member of the party was repeatedly trapped in their bedroom. The bedding and towels were of the cheapest possible quality. Finally, the property refused to provide check-in information until an hour before the check-in time, which was very inconvenient when coming from abroad. The property is managed by a large company and they were inflexible about check-in time, which is at 4 pm. In short, the property is clearly designed as a crash pad for large groups at a low price, but it is unsatisfactory even at this standard.

Aufenthalt in München

Das Objekt war früher mal ein Laden. 2 Zimmer haben ein Doppelbett und im 3.Zimmer stehen zwei Doppelbetten. 1 Ausziehbett steht im Raum…. Frage mich nur, wo (wie beschrieben für 12 Leute ) schlafen sollen. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein. Keine Abstellmöglickeiten und zuwenig Haken. Leider bekam ich den Fernseher nicht in Gang und hatte den Vermieter angerufen. Man versprach mir,zurückzurufen…geschah leider nicht. Ich meldete mich wieder und der Hausmeister sollte sich bei mir melden, wenn er kommt. Dann wurde mir schriftlich mitgeteilt, das der Hausmeister gegen 12 Uhr kommt… war nicht mit mir abgesprochen denn ich war in München unterwegs…leider erreichte ich danach keinen mehr… das war nicht in Ordnung Positiv war der edeka nebenan. Parken ist auch nicht so leicht, wie überall in München…
