A queen bed has stylish bedside tables and lighting on either side. The full bathroom features a beautiful glass shower. Enjoy the ocean breeze while lounging on the balcony or soak up the sun on the beach just steps away. This condo also features a large communal pool with exciting entertainment on some evenings.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the private condo as well as the pool area with vending and ice machines and the onsite laundromat.

Other Things to Note:
You will be provided with full check in instruction on the day of arrival at 12 pm. It is a self-check in with a smart lock.
For safety reasons, this property has outdoor security cameras.

No pets.
No smoking.
No motorcycles or cars pulling trailers are allowed at St John’s Inn.

Booking party must be age 21+ and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay.
No one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the property without their parent or legal guardian unless previously agreed upon in writing.
Violation is grounds for removal from property without refund.
