Webbplats # 1612 Snapper Lane - Vackert dekorerad med temat "Margaritaville". Den Àr vÀldigt fÀrgglad, det fÄr dig att le bara att vara dÀr. Huset Àr privatÀgt och vÀlskött.

Kök / matsal: Fullt utrustat. Extra stort kylskÄp med ismaskin, diskmaskin, spis, mikrovÄgsugn, brödrost och kaffebryggare. Alla redskap, köksredskap. plattor och etc. levereras. Frukostbar som sitter 2 och ett matbord för 4. PÄ övervÄningen finns ett bord för 4, paraply och 2 extra stolar. Vi lade till stolar för lounging, ett bord för 4 med paraply och Àven ett picknickbord under.

BÀddar / badkar: sover 4 till 6 personer. TvÄ sovrum med dubbelsÀng med gigantiska garderober. 2 fulla bad. En bÀddsoffa i queen size. TV-apparater i alla rum.

I cannot say how happy we were with everything! The place was gorgeous, beyond clean, well stocked and well located. Mrs. Johnson was great to deal with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will 100% be back!

We were in town for the 2024 Spring Bike Rally and absolutely loved this rental. The Johnson’s Margaritaville comes equipped with all the comforts of home and then some! Very, very clean rental! Thank you again for being such a wonderful host!

Just got back from a 2 month stay at the "Sunshine House". Everything was perfect from check in / communication with Rhonda to leaving yesterday. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay near the beach / golf cart worked perfectly getting around the park and going to the beach which was just a few minute ride away. Thank you Rhonda for a great winter experience at your house. Andy & Roxy

We had an amazing time at the sunshine house! It had everything we could of possibly needed in our home away from home! It was clean the beds were comfortable rhonda was fantastic at communicating with us for the check in process and if we had any questions she was always so quick to respond. We absolutely loved our stay here and we will be back again 😊

We booked this house last second for a getaway for New Years. It was the perfect size for our family of 3. The kitchen had everything you could need. We loved the fact that the owners had a weather cover over the golf cart so even on cold nights we could still ride our toddler around. Would definitely stay here again in the future!
