Caravelle needs needs an upgrade
The room was fine, however the building itself was dingy with poor lightning. Paying for beach chairs as renters of property was also disappointing. The building is in desperate need of an upgrade.

Stay away from this rental company
We checked in at 4 (the check in time) and had an issue with our bedding. I called the number provided to have them tell us they were closed for the day and no one could help us. We then had an issue with the toilet not working and they charged us $50 for the maintenance man to come out “after hours” (we just checked in at the listed check in time) and fix the issue. I called to inquire why we were charged and was told I needed to talk to a manager but there wasn’t one working. This went on for every day of our stay. I would call the receptionist and ask to speak to someone that could help me. They would tell me the manager wasn’t in and no one else could answer my question. I read reviews online and this seems to be common. The location was wonderful but there were many many other places to choose from. Do yourself a favor and pick another rental company ocean breeze vacations does not provide any customer service once they have your money.

Great views
Happy we booked through VRBO a few who booked at the resort complained their accommodations were dirty or not what was expected for the price. Our accomodations were exactly as described. I will say the exterior of the building is very lack luster and parking was a challenge,but I would definitely booked this room again.

Small but we made it work
As a family of 4(with a baby and pack n play), we made this work, but initially walking in, we were worried it was going to be too cramped. The pictures definitely make it look a lot bigger than it actually is. Cute little place for the price. Did run into a few more put offs(losing hot water and seeing roaches on the balcony at night), but for the price and location, we weren’t surprised. The view and location was great. Parking was tight as expected from previous reviews. Did have to make the beds ourselves and had to bring toilet paper, and soap. Also had to go and buy a scrubber to wash dishes-no dishwasher.

Overall decent stay
Overall our stay was good. The location, views, and room itself were nice. But the bed and bedding was horrible. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable probably the worst I’ve ever laid on. The pillows were flat as well. If the beds were upgraded the room would have been a 5. As far as the complex itself, not enough/slow elevators, hard to track down luggage cart, ice machine ran out of ice and parking was a bit stressful in the garage. The property is directly on the beach with easy access which was nice. We did not use the pool area as it was small and packed.

Worst experience
Having to make the beds and fold towels upon arrival after driving 6 hours was a lot considering you call yourselves a resort. The balcony door lock engages when you close the door and we were locked on the balcony for an hour and no one could be reached on-site and they had to send someone from a location 30 minutes away. The parking garage was over crowded despite the requirement of a parking pass. The hallways smelled terrible with big trash cans in the heat on the hallway. It was almost impossible to find a luggage cart because there was no actual place that they are kept. I had to get off at every floor to look for one. Every thing was difficult the pools were so crowded we didn’t even try it. The breakfast was awful, shells in the eggs and everything looked like it had been there a very long time. The elevators were a 15-20 minute wait if you have luggage. The bottom line is the customer service on-site was non existent. There didn’t seem to be a basic level of care on the property. I realize that this was a lower cost place, but 2 months ago we stayed at Roxanne towers and had a wonderful experience for the same price. I was so disappointed at every turn with this property.

The room was small and over priced. I ended up purchasing a second room from the resort directly and paid less per night than the rate I paid for this room. Two grown adults on a full bed wasn’t pretty. FYI There is no washer or dryer in the unit.

Absolutely, would stay again.
My fiance and I were pleasantly surprised. It looked like the pictures perfect for a couple or a small family. Very clean, smelled amazing. But, the view was absolutely perfect the pictures were spot on. We didn't do a linen package so our parking passes were not there. I contacted them and they responded quickly and rectified the situation quickly. Would absolutely stay there again.

Great place for a small family
We were very satisfied with our place. We could have used a 3rd wrist band but a nice family gave us an extra so our whole family could visit the pool area. Well stocked kitchen area. Could use scissors and new/clean bed skirts, but otherwise wonderful.

Terrible experience
Front desk couldn't tell us how to find our unit, we were not given clear instructions on how to get to our room. When we did get to the room the dishes in the cabinet were not clean and we had to clean the shower ourselves and I was charged a $107 cleaning fee for poptart being in the floor when the room was perfect otherwise. Over all very disappointed.

Check in instructions are sent 48 hour prior to arrival and on the day of arrival. We are not affiliated with the resort in anyway, It is a privately owned unit. Housekeeping sent in several pictures of what was on the floor and it was not a poptart, They had to scrape it off the floor.

Very nice but...
The room was nice. It looked just like the online picture. I thought the necessities like toilet tissue, could have been provided. The room was clean and spacious for an efficiency. The parking situation was very tight. The spaces were very compact and hard to maneuver in and out. But overall, a very good stay.

A wonderful stay...with some exceptions
My girlfriend and I had a great experience staying above and by the water. It was beautiful and I highly recommend getting up early for the sunrise. One complaint I have it the cleanliness of the bedding. Covers had stains on them and I don't believe they wash the comforter so we used the clean sheets they provided and doubled up. I should have read through the email before getting to the room, but be sure to bring toiletries including TP, shampoo, paper towels, etc. We had to make a couple trips to Publix for this.

Beautiful View
The room looks just like the picture, beautiful view right on the ocean! Everything was great, no complaints.. the only thing I was bummed about was in order to eat at the restaurant or get drinks at the bar you had to have a room card with $ on it.. and since we didn’t rent from them we couldn’t buy anything, due to covid restrictions.. everything else was perfect tho!! I give it 5 stars!! Would definitely recommend!!

My wife and I enjoyed our mini anniversary beach getaway. The view was amazing!!!! Condo was clean and management explained all rules and regulations in it’s entirety prior to arriving. Only downfall was with the hotel elevators and and lack of parking in the main parking lot, but those are minor issues. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be retuning!

Great vacation.
We enjoyed our stay. When renting we realized check in at 4 p.m. and check out at 10 a.m. it would be nice to be able to use amenities for the day. Restrooms and area to change clothing at least. We had trouble locating a luggage cart when checking in, had to make a couple of trips to room.

Family Vacation a Hit!
The property was exactly how it was advertised. Very comfy and spacious enough for my family. The room was clean upon arrival, however, the bedspreads did have visible stains on them. I called to report this and it was documented and I was told they would communicate this to the housekeeping team. Overall, everything was nice, perfect location and we enjoyed our stay!

Myrtle Beach Summer Vacation
The property was nice and was just the right size for me and my pre-teen daughter. We loved our ocean front view. One improvement that would be beneficial is to change the comforters to full or queen size. It appears to have a twin comforter for a full or queen sized bed, Other than that, it was perfect!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This may not happen, but it would be nice if some of the properties accepted CATS.

Wonderful!
Checkin was seamless. Parking in the parking deck was unavailable and messy, I'd recommend not trying. There are patio balconies on the 6th floor which we were above, I wouldnt do that again. Overall we had an excellent experience and stay!
