A cozy, recently renovated apartment equipped with all the amenities needed to accommodate up to 3 people. The apartment is located in a building that still features charming stucco work and arches from its original period. It is the ideal choice for those who want to visit Naples and the surrounding area, thanks to its proximity to the Central Station (350 m), Metro Lines 1 and 2 (500 m), and the Circumvesuviana railway, which allow you to reach all other parts of the city and destinations such as Pompeii, Sorrento, and Herculaneum.



The 50-square-meter apartment is located on the third floor of a building with a coin-operated elevator (10 cents); please note there are a few steps to access it.



The interior layout is as follows:

- Kitchenette equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, electric kettle, and microwave

- Living room with a sleeper sofa, dining table, and split-system A/C

- Bedroom with a double bed, built-in closet, 20-inch TV, and split-system A/C

- Bathroom with toilet, bidet, and shower stall.



Please note there is a step to access the bedroom and bathroom.



Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, central heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

Towels and bed linens are included (with optional changes available for a fee).



PLEASE NOTE: The building is equipped with a condominium video surveillance system that records the entrance to common areas.



To access this apartment, you can pick up the keys at the KeyNest pickup point at Farmacia Cozzolino & Vecchione, located at Corso Umberto I No. 393, a short distance from the apartment. You can pick up the keys on your own starting at 2:00 PM on the day of arrival. In case of any issues, Customer Care is available only until 11:00 PM.

Note: You must complete the document registration and online check-in process to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.



After 9:00 PM, direct check-in at the apartment is available with the following surcharges:

- 21.00 - 23.00: €25.00;

- 23.00 - 24.00: €30.00;

- 24:00 - 01.30: €40.00.



Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal. We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests staying in Italy.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
