Worst customer service experience ever
We had an absolutely horrible experience at this hotel and I strongly advise others to avoid booking here. Before our arrival, we contacted them via WhatsApp to ask about an early check-in. Instead of a simple answer, they were rude and then stopped replying. When we wrote from another number to get a response (as we were traveling with elderly family members and needed to organize), they accused us of being “terrible” for messaging from different numbers, completely ignoring the fact that they had stopped answering us.
When we arrived, the reception was chaotic. Several guests with confirmed reservations were being yelled at by a female receptionist, and one young woman was crying due to her aggressive behavior. Rather than trying to resolve issues, the receptionist shouted at guests as if scolding children.
While I was speaking with a male staff member about paying the taxes by card (since nowhere was it stated that they had to be paid in cash) the woman suddenly interrupted our conversation, yelling over me. She mocked what I was saying, refused to listen, and kept talking over me in a loud, aggressive manner in front of everyone. It was humiliating and deeply disrespectful.
This was by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in any hotel. Travelers deserve to be treated with basic respect, something you will not find here.
