A bright, recently renovated apartment that can accommodate up to 3 people. Located in a historic building on the lively and bustling Via Foria, it enjoys a quiet atmosphere thanks to its interior orientation and offers comfortable living spaces with two bedrooms and a spacious balcony. The apartment is a short distance from both the Central Station and the historic Via Duomo, both within walking distance: it’s perfect for easily exploring the beauty and attractions of Naples.



The 68-square-meter apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building equipped with an elevator that stops only on the third floor: PLEASE NOTE, you’ll need to climb the last flight of stairs to reach the apartment’s entrance.



The interior layout is as follows:

- Kitchenette equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, electric kettle, and microwave

- Living area with a dining table, sofa, and 42-inch TV

- Bedroom I with a double bed, closet, desk, and split A/C

- Bedroom II with a single bed, clothes rack, and split A/C

- Bathroom with toilet, bidet, and bathtub with shower

- Balcony furnished with a small table and 2 chairs.



Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).



7 days before arrival, you’ll receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal. This procedure allows us to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

The operation of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Naples Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.

Our bright and comfortable SolAria House apartment is located on Via Foria, near the botanical garden, and is equipped with all the amenities. It’s the ideal choice for those who want to immerse themselves in the city of Naples through its flavors (the renowned restaurant A Figlia d’o Marenar is just a few meters from the apartment). The historic center is easily accessible, as both the central station and Via Duomo are just a few blocks from the apartment. The apartment’s convenient location also allows you to reach the airport in just a few minutes by taxi. The tranquility of the park offers guests a sheltered and peaceful oasis after a day exploring the city, with all essential amenities within easy reach: bars, grocery stores, and a pharmacy are all within 450 meters.



- From Naples Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the Alibus shuttle service to Garibaldi Station, where you can then take the L2 subway line to the Napoli Piazza Cavour stop, a 10-minute walk from the property.



- From Napoli Centrale Station, you can reach the apartment on foot in 10 minutes (600 meters).



- For those traveling by car, paid street parking is available (NOT guaranteed); alternatively, you can park for a fee at the Petagna Parking Lot, located at Via Vincenzo Petagna 6, 200 meters from the apartment.
