Some of the photos need to be updated. The living room had a small couch and two standard chairs, not those comfy lazyboy looking chairs. The washer and dryer are next to the kitchen sink, not in a separate laundry room. (This is relevant because when you clean out the dryer lint trap, you're about 8 inches from your clean dishes in the drying rack.)
Overall, the place was functional enough to live in for a few days for a small family of 4. And I will say that the price reflects the size of the house, which was very small. The house was overall clean, but the cleaners didn't dust under the beds or the bottoms of nightstands. The dryer lint trap was overflowing. Looked like they did a quick and dirty wipe down, but didn't go the extra mile.
The beds were comfy and none of us had sore backs. The neighborhood felt safe. The location was 15 minutes to everything in Nashville. Also, I had texted the owners to say there were ants under one of the beds. They said they would come by with ant bait traps, but they never came by and we never heard anything else about it. The ants weren't a major problem though so I didn't follow-up. For the price, this place was fine and we didn't regret staying here. It's definitely doable for short stays.
