British Theme Downtown Nashville Hangout + Hot Tub

Everyone has their own bed in this `Groovy British Themed` home in Downtown Nashville!

Our custom place is 5 mins from Broadway, walkable to coffee shops, pubs & even Geodis Park for your Nashville SC games.
The rooftop features 3 large sofas, a huge fire pit, stunning views of the Nashville Skyline, a bar top, a beer pong table & now a 6-8 person Hot Tub for relaxing in.

Throw in a pool table, selfie booth, arcade machines, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms & 12 beds, this place has it all.

Here’s a detailed description of our home for you:

Ground Floor -

We have a converted garage featuring a slate bed pool table, flat screen TV, couch & 2 bar tops with 8 bar stools. We also have a photo opportunity with our selfie-booth stand to liven up your social media posts. Get your group together and pose in front of the custom Austin Powers mural. We have supplied lots of props, masks & signs etc for all the usual fun pics! Be sure to utilize our British Phone Booth Cocktail Cabinet to prepare yourself a traditional Martini or other such English Spy libation…

Bedroom #1 includes a queen bed with a XL full size bed above it and a twin trundle below. It has an en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo, luxury shower gel, shampoo & conditioner, make up towels and even mouthwash & ear buds for your convenience. There is a flat screen TV on the wall and plenty of closet space for your belongings. (Sleeps up to 5 people on 3 beds).

Laundry Room with a stackable washer and dryer. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are included for your use.

Main Level -

A huge living room and dining area are open to the kitchen in this spacious floor plan. The dining table comfortably seats 12, the living room has 5 plush velvet swivel chairs (very Austin powers) and the kitchen island has 4 additional bar stools, so there are plenty of places to sit. The traditional red phone booth cocktail cabinet is the perfect place to mix your drinks. Lastly, we have a 65” TV mounted to the wall and a queen size Murphy Bed is located beneath the TV that opens up to create another comfortable bed. (Sleeps up to 2 people on 1 bed).

The kitchen includes everything you’d need from ample cutlery, plates, bowls, cups, glasses and more. Enjoy the use of the blender, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, Keurig, fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher & gas cooktop. There is a large island for food & drink prep and a pantry to store your supplies. Within the pantry we also have several games for you to play and even a set of poker chips and custom poker table topper to roll out on the dining table (please clean and return this to the pantry once you are finished with it).

Bedroom #2 contains a king sized bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan and large closet for your belongings. It is also en-suite featuring a walk-in shower with luxury shower gel, shampoo & conditioner, make up towels and even mouthwash for your convenience. (Sleeps up to 2 people in 1 bed)

Upper Level -

Bedroom #3 includes a queen sized bed with twin trundle beneath. It has a flat screen TV, large walk-in closet and a stunning en-suite bathroom with double vanities, spacious walk-in shower with bench and luxury shower gel, shampoo & conditioner, make up towels and even mouthwash & ear buds for your convenience. (Sleeps up to 3 people in 2 beds).

Bedroom #4 has a queen bed with a XL full size bed above it and a twin trundle below. It has an en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo, luxury shower gel, shampoo & conditioner, make up towels and even mouthwash for your convenience. There is also plenty of closet space for your belongings. (Sleeps up to 5 people on 3 beds).

Bedroom #5 features twin bunk beds and roll-away storage beneath the beds. (Sleeps up to 2 people on 2 beds)

The Rooftop -

This is truly the icing on the cake. With stunning views of the Nashville Skyline and the surrounding area, it’s absolutely the best place to be. We’ve equipped it with a bar top, 4 bar stools, 3 huge sofas to seat your entire group around the fire pit, custom outdoor lighting to create an amazing ambience for your evenings and even supplied a beer pong table and a hot tub incase you need a recovery session during your visit!

*Although there are approximately 4 community parking spaces in the neighborhood, they are first come first served so it is rare for them to be open and parking in front of the garage door is prohibited, so we don’t recommend this property to anyone intending to drive into town or renting a vehicle. It’s the perfect spot for anyone taking ride share from the airport as Uber / Lyft are just a 15 min ride.

*There is a courtyard area for the community that includes a gas grill, so If you would like to grill some steaks/burgers etc when visiting, you are welcome to use it and we have utensils kept in our kitchen for your convenience.

Finally, we have another unit next door in the theme of Talladega Nights, so if you should have a group that exceeds 12, consider booking them both and we can host up to 24 in this scenario.
