Nashville get away!

This was the perfect place to stay for our weekend in Nashville. Close enough to walk to Broadway or easy to drive down and park as well. The home was well stocked and the coffee bar was perfect. Very comfortable and a great place to stay!

Would definitely recommend! The property was exactly as described very clean and spacious. One thing to note is that the upstairs rooms don’t have walls that go all the way to the ceiling, so you can hear noise from other rooms. The location was great about a 20-minute walk to Broadway, which made it easy to get around.

Like home

Such a lovely place for our Nashville stay! The home was lovely and well appointed. We had all we needed to explore Nashville and relax when we weren’t sightseeing and sampling the great food. Carol was a fantastic host and responded quickly the few times we reached out!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was newly remodeled, very clean, beautifully decorated, and spacious. The location was perfect—just a short distance from Broadway. Neighborhood was quiet. Communication with the owner was excellent, and the check-in/check-out process was quick and easy. Highly recommend!

This property was terrific. It was extremely clean and well-decorated. The hosts were also very generous with consumable amenities. The check-in instructions were clear and the check-out instructions were even simpler than staying at a hotel. We would highly recommend this property.

We have a very nice stay. The other reviews are pretty accurate. About a short 20 minute walk to Broadway, although the 1st 200-300 yards are not very walker freindly. Highly recommend staying here though.

Friend Trip

This house worked perfect for a long weekend trip! Plenty of space and having 3 bathrooms was a big bonus. We were able to both walk and Uber to many places, including Broadway! The gated private parking was a big plus, knowing our car was safe and we’d never have to worry about a parking space.

Came here to celebrate 2 Anniversaries! It was a very nice place that was decorated very cute. We did Uber everywhere we went. It was worth it. The road out front was very busy, so I wouldn’t recommend walking. Carol was a great host and answered any questions I had very quickly! Would stay here again!

We might have found our regular stop for Nashville! Some important things to know: Rear gated parking is awesome. Back area was tightly fenced, so we had no concerns our dog might get out. We walked, biked and used an Uber for getting around. Biking to Shelby Bottoms walking/biking trails took about fifteen minutes through town. We walked to several restaurants to include breakfast at Americano Lounge. One of my favorites about this house? NO CHECKOUT PROCEDURES. I am so tired of cleaning a house I pay a cleaning fee for and she just asked us to turn the lights off and lock the door! Will visit again, it was a pleasure.
