4/10 Dåligt

Gillade inte: Kommunikation och annonsens riktighet
First impressions were not favorable as the home smelled very musty and was warm upon check-in. Contacted host (management company) and they suggested the smell "may be due to the cleaning process". The offered some to come check the AC out Friday but I said it could wait until the next day. Next day came and went and no one came, only received a text apology. Requested a partial refund for the inconvenience and hassle and still nothing as of yet!

This property is great; the house is clean and nice. It's in a safe area and has ample parking because it's on a corner lot. The management company was easy to deal with and responsive whenever I had a question. The location was central to everything we wanted to do, close to the interstate and a short uber ride to Broadway.

Family friendly

My husband and I were visiting some friends in Nashville with our young sons. This property is perfect for families. The neighborhood is quiet but a short drive to downtown and other and other areas. Tons of good restaurants nearby. Nice patio and backyard for the kids to play. The door locks are kind of funky but we never had any issues!
