After a fun day out exploring Nashville, come back to relax in this quiet, spacious, comfy condo. Although parking is free, you don't need a car for this condo. Many things are within walking distance as we are located in downtown Nashville. The airport is only about 15 minutes away. There are plenty of Ubers, Lyft and taxis available. Our condo is in a great location to enjoy all the things that Nashville has to offer.

Excellent communication from start to finish. The check-in and parking was very easy. The place was lovely and clean and very well presented; some great touches too - like coffee supplies provided for a morning cuppa. A short walk from downtown made this spot the perfect location for our holiday; I would recommend this place to my family.

We stayed at the very last minute here! The host was very quick to respond and was so helpful in answering questions! Pros: *Very easy walk to Broadway and the restaurants and bars for Nashville! *Parking felt secure, neighbors were not loud at all which was a huge plus for being ground floor. *LOVED having handsoap, shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower! *Tons of towels*Washing machine because it's hot in the summer there and your clothes will get stinky fast!*Everything was stocked well even though we only used the fridge, toaster and coffee maker. *Fit a family of 5 pretty well*Felt safe even though it was downtownCons:*VERY loud on the street side, cars racing and sirens from the fire station. Owner does have a white noise machine so that helps a bit but if you are a light sleeper it's loud*The doors are a bit tricky to get into and it is dark outside the door (this is more of a building issue, not owner issue)*The doors have a very, slight gap so I felt like ghats and bugs were getting in. *Main areas are clean (toilet, shower, kitchen). Felt like it maybe needed a deep clean and touch up of paint, etc. (This is just me being very picky, most probably wouldn't care)Overall a great stay, quick response time and very helpful!

Nice condo close to Broadway

Overall a very good stay. Owner was extremely prompt in response to any question I had and the condo.was clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of towels. Some nice touches with soaps, shampoos, etc.The only thing that surprised me was the proximity to the fire station and busy road. The owner does provide a white noise machine to help. Would not hesitate to stay at this.condo.

I was worried about the main door being a little loose when we first arrived, but the property owner ensured us it was okay and safe, once locked there was also a camera at the front door. When I first arrived my sister and I were a little confused about the check in and how to retrieve the parking passes. When I first got to the front entry I noticed a combination lock on the side, but it looked to be old, however it displayed the lock code for the front door, I changed it to all zero and closed it. We did not really use much in the kitchen beside the sink and fridge. I appreciated that there was a wall mirror leaning as well to check my outfits! I sat out at night on the patio once. Any damage I noticed when I first checked in, I let the property owner also know as well to avoid any extra charges. The location for us was great and we were able to get in the gated parking each time. When we walked toward Broadway, it took us straight down to Barstool Sports. We walked mostly everywhere unless it was a different city, Music Row or to the Grand Ole Opry.

Nashville Getaway

Weekend trip with our 12 yo Akita. We were searching forever for something with not a lot of stairs - hard with those hills. This condo was on the ground floor. To avoid climbing stairs we could use the gated parking remote to get in and out easily. The condo is on a busy street but with a sound machine on it wasn’t a concern. Our Akita is deaf so the continual fire engine sirens didn’t bother her. Easy trek to Broadway.

Vacation trip, 15 minute walk to downtown.

This was our first trip to Nashville. We enjoyed our stay overall. Secure gated parking. Pay attention to the owners instructions on operating the keypad on the door. Do not use the lock box on the wall. Condo is directly across from a fire station, but you can use the sleep/sound machine or fan located in the closet if needed. Communication with the owner was excellent. Thank you!

Pearl Jam Event

We came to Nashville for Pearl Jam concerts. The location of the property was convenient to get to and was in walking distance to downtown. We were able to park within the gated area which was nice and our dogs had a nice grass area to visit. The condo was clean and stocked with essential items. We would stay here again. Communication was great!

Nice location

Condo in nice location. Easy walk to Broadway. Liked that property and parking was gated. Felt safe there. The condo was nice, comfortable, and clean. Property host very helpful and replied promptly when we had questions. We did have trouble sleeping due to the noise from traffic being so close to the bedroom windows. Would stay there again.
