Det är en öppen planlösning som lätt kan sitta 10 personer vid matbordet och köket med ett spelbord med plats för 4 och strömmar rakt in i vardagsrummet. Det finns ett fullt utrustat kök och ett badrum på huvudnivå också. Spelrummet är utrustat med fotboll och pokerset ...

På övervåningen finns 4 sovrum och 2 badrum med dubbla fåfängder .. Det finns också en tvättmaskin och torktumlare med tvättmedel tillhandahålls. Alla badrum är utrustade med schampo / balsam och kroppsvask.

Perfect location!

Great location near coffee shops, restaurants and bars at 5 points. Such a cute area and less that 2.5 miles to Broadway. The house is beautiful and well stocked with everything you need. Would definitely stay here again!Need

Great few days!

We stayed for my daughter's 21st birthday! It was perfect to walk to East Nashville! We Ubered downtown! The location was perfect! The house was beautiful and managers were responsive. We would stay again!

Perfect Location!

Location, location, location!! This is a great location for anything in Nashville! Lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance! A breakfast/ coffee/ tea place right around the corner! Five minute Uber ride downtown and 20 min to Grand Ole Opry. Such a comfortable house stocked with everything you need to make a meal or two!! Book this and you will be glad you did. Does have a narrow driveway but my son’s big truck fit in just fine.

Great location close to everything

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. There were 5 adults and everything was newly renovated and had everything we needed. Only thing I would note is that Driveway is narrow so tough to back out for large vehicles. But if needed you can Uber everywhere.

Wonderful stay

House was very clean and exactly as the pictures, just different bedspreads! Great location. Quick uber ride to downtown about 5 minutes and the ubers were very inexpensive. It took about 15 minutes to get to and from airport. Perfect stay!

Great location

The house is in a great location. We walked to a great coffee and tea shop each morning. It felt like a safe area and we walked to several different bars and restaurants and shops. Highly recommend The Velvet Taco for late night eats. The house itself was very nice. Plenty of space. The driveway is very narrow but we had an Explorer and a Ram truck and were able to get in fine.

Amazing location and house for a large group!

This was the perfect house to host a family gathering in Nashville! We loved the ability to walk to local coffee shops and restaurants. It was an easy Uber to downtown as well! We really enjoyed the quietness of the street and ease of access to close by stores or shops.

Amazing Stay

We were a group of 7 co-workers on a team bonding trip. The house was so comfortable with plenty of room for everyone. Beds were very comfy. We were in walking distance to several shops and felt totally safe. The kitchen was well equipped and had plenty of space to fit all of us. Downtown Nashville is a short Uber ride away. I suggest checking the cabinets before buying any alcohol because it seems like everyone leaves some behind. We had zero issues from check-in to check-out and would definitely recommend.

Fun Times in Nashville

Overall, the property was great! Nice open spaces, easy communication, great location! The upstairs hallway bathroom could use renovating. We initially thought it needed cleaning but after giving a good scrub, we found it just needs recaucing and retiling. In addition, there were wall units in the upstairs bedroom; aesthetically, I wish they weren't there, but the units kept the rooms cool.

Great house and location!

Home is spacious and clean and looks like the pictures. The house is walking distance to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed sushi on the corner, breakfast at a local Snooze and tasty BBQ. Loved having 3 showers and lots of open space for our family gathering of 6. Would definitely stay here again!

Thanksgiving Family Getaway

The property was great, location and proximity to many dining options is fantastic, the sushi place around the corner was awesome and just 2 blocks away. It's also walking distance to Shelby Park for par 3 golf, disc golf, and nature trails for walking; we walked once and drove a few times. It's about a 3-5 minute drive to downtown Nashville if you're brave enough to want to venture into the crowds. We drove through Broadway and by the time we crossed the bridge to get back home, we couldn't believe the contrast between the downtown chaos and calm within the neighborhood. Backing out of the driveway was challenging with all the cars parked on the street and we could have used a few more rolls of toilet paper, but everything else was fantastic (those are super nit-picky observations). The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to host Thanksgiving dinner for family meeting in Nashville from TX, VA and NC, and I think you'd be hard pressed to find that optionality in any VRBO. The only thing we brought from home was the turkey baster for the gravy; otherwise, this property had it all. Beds were comfy, plenty of room for everyone, including 3 full bathrooms, and the master bedroom is awesome. Our family had a memorable Thanksgiving getaway, one we will always cherish. Spacious house in a great location
