The Space:

Two full homes, one VRBO booking, and enough room for everyone to actually spread out. That is the appeal of Oh Beautiful for families and larger groups who want their own space without splitting into separate reservations.



Home 1 keeps it simple with four bedrooms, two queen rooms, a queen room with a full-length mirror for getting ready, and a king, plus its own kitchen and living space so one family or couple's group can settle in completely on its own.



Home 2 brings the fun for kids and adults alike: a bunk room with six single beds and an Elvis cutout for photos, a room with twin daybeds and trundles for extra sleepers, a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a pull-out sofa in the living room for overflow guests.



Grill out on the rooftop as the sky turns pink, send the kids down to the game room for ping pong under the disco lights and the "Welcome to Las Vegas" sign, then let everyone retreat to their own home to actually sleep. It is a spot built for families and larger groups who want quiet mornings paired with easy access to the action



Getting Around:

It is roughly a $5 to $10 rideshare to Broadway, Bridgestone Arena, and Nissan Stadium, and about a 12 minute, 11.3 mile drive to BNA Airport. Top Golf is only about 1.5 miles away, a fun outing option for a family day

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1,500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction).
