Detta stora lyxiga och historiska hem i Nashville i hjärtat av staden har 4 sovrum - 2 King Bedroom Master Suites och 2 Queen Bedroom Master Suites - alla utrustade med plattskärmsmart ultra 4K HD-TV med totalt Xfinity-paket / Netflix, kudde-topp madrasser och specialanpassade möbler i hela.

5 totala bäddar: 2 skräddarsydda kungssängar och 3 skräddarsydda drottningssängar, 10 sovplatser. En extra futon med sängkläder tillhandahålls för 2 extra personer att sova 12 i första klassens komfort. Det finns 3 kompletta badrum - dubbelduschvägg och regnduschhuvuden i 2 av baden tillsammans med kroppssprutor och en jacuzzi som kompletterar ett extra masterbad. Sängkläder, handdukar och badrumsdelar av högsta kvalitet tillhandahålls. Det mysiga ljusa köket med nya rostfria vitvaror och stora utomhusdäck med kolgrill räcker för alla dina fest- och semesters behov. Snabb trådlöst internet ingår. Vi har en trevlig inhägnad trädgård (ganska ovanligt och en trevlig extra på en plats i närheten av centrum) och vi är husdjursvänliga.

We needed a large, welcoming place in a hurry when our power went out in Nashville at the end of January. Jimmy, our host, could not have been more amazing. We had 5 people, 4 dogs and a cat and we welcomed us with open arms. The home itself was pristine, very clean for my standards and I'm a big stickler for that! The kitchen was fully stocked with top of the line appliances, in fact, I went home and purchasaed the same AirFryer/Toaster oven because his was so nice. We were comfortable, we had plenty of room, the beds were clean, new, and comfortable. The bathrooms were newly rennovated. GREAT FIND!! Thank you, Jimmy

Great hosts! Very responsive. Appreciated the extra touches! Excellent location. Fenced yard and access to the Greenway was perfect for walking our dog and access to the McCabe rec center for a very minimal fee is a plus!

Great hosts, very accommodating and answered questions quickly. They were able to change our dates at the last minute. House was perfect for us. It's an older home that has been renovated. It's decorated with beautiful antiques. Beds are comfortable and kitchen is very cute with new appliances. Fenced yard was perfect for the dog. We will definitely rent here again.

So glad we chose this VRBO! James and Sarah were awesome hosts who made us feel super welcome. They communicated well and were informative without being overbearing. The location was perfect for our first Nashville trip. Close enough to all the downtown excitement, (a quick 13 minute Uber ride) but also tucked just far enough away we could relax at the end of the day and enjoy the house. The house was spotless when we got there. And smelled great! The neighborhood was nice with the greenway across the street (perfect to take the dogs). The house was very charming but also sprinkled with modern updates. Great showers! They pay attention to the things people want and need when away from home. Very thoughtful details and amenities throughout. We couldnt be any happier with our stay and our hosts! Thank you for everything!!

Nice house in a great area. We enjoyed being close to the restaurants near Sylvan Park. The host is great and very responsive. We had dogs with us so the fenced yard was perfect and the walking trail is across the street. Kitchen is small, so not for those looking to cook a lot.

Excellent Stay

Working with the home owner to coordinate a stay for 5 adults that were working in Nashville for 52 days. Not only was the owner accommodating, he also went out of his way to meet our special situation. He also left nice treats for the adults and the pets!.We loved the location. Sooo very close to everthing. We had a fantastic stay and an exceptional experience.

Vive Retreat

Attended Vive Healthcare Conference and loved the quaint beautifully renovated charming house in close proximity to downtown. Such a fun experience with my colleagues. Was able to easily Uber back and forth. Loved the historic attention to detail!

Wonderful stay in Nashville for Thanksgiving week

We had a great stay in the lovely home. It was clean, comfortable and a great location. We enjoyed our week in Nashville. The hosts went above and beyond with their helpful communication and providing all the items you could need, and more in the house for our stay - and even drinks/snacks! We were able to prepare and cook Thanksgiving dinner and other meals in their well stocked kitchen. We would definitely consider eating here again next time we are in Nashville.

Nashville visit

We were in town for daughter’s engagement party. The house was great and worked well for our family. The owners were very responsive when there was an internet issue and quickly resolved it. It’s nice to have snacks and drinks upon arrival. Plan on booking again.

Best location and Very Clean!

We loved this cool place! Super convenient and super comfortable. Only a 5 minute walk to local coffee shop and wine shop. Greenway was nice. Hosts were very accommodating and answered our questions on recomendations. The neighborhood restaurants for lunch/dinner were great. We went to Park Cafe & Edley’s for bbq. Saving Caffe Nonna for next time!

Wow! Awesome!

A very beautiful home. Stayed in Nashville a few times and this is by far the best one yet. Perfect safe and luxury central location as our other stays were in sketchy locations. The listing mentioned there was another separate condo on the complex but we didn’t even notice. Very private. Furnishings/antiques and the beds are spectacular. Hosts were great, it’s what you get when you’re dealing with owners instead of property management companies. We will be back soon!

Awesome home in a wonderful location!

My family stayed at The Nashville White House for a long weekend to visit other family and attend a Vanderbilt game. The house is very nicely decorated and close to many good restaurants and Vanderbilt. We ended up walking to our destinations a lot of the time. The house is fully stocked with everything you need and the host has gone above and beyond with amenities. They were also super responsive to any questions we had. I will definitely want to book this house again in the future.

Close to Everything!

This house is spacious and clean. There are 4 bedrooms with 5 beds. There was plenty of room for our family. Our children could easily play in the living room and we enjoyed sitting on the front porch while they played in the fenced in yard. We loved the jacuzzi tub! We walked to dose coffee a lot. The Sylvan park restaurants and bars are all 1 mile down the street. I was able to run on the greenway right across from the house and also do the McCabe loop around the golf course. The McCabe recreation center is close so I could go there for a quick workout and take the kids to play at the playground. Downtown Nashville is just a short Uber ride! The host was available anytime we needed him ! I would highly recommend staying here!

Our Nashville Home

I stayed here with my family while in Nashville, and it felt just like home! We have young kids and they enjoyed running around the fenced in yard as well as walks down the greenway. The house has several different bedrooms so we were able to spread out and not feel cramped. The common space has a big comfy couch to hang out on, and the kitchen was stocked with everything you'd need to cook. There is a tv with cable in every room. The house was really clean and had a lot of charm. A lot of care has been put in to making an old house feel new. You also cannot beat the location. There is a liquor store and Dose coffee shop right around the corner, everything else you'll need further up on west end, and them best of all just it's just a 10 minute drive to downtown. Can't say enough about how accommodating the host was! We highly recommend staying here if you're in the Nashville area!

Nearly perfect place for our extended family of 8!

Our family consisted of ages 17 & 20, 49 & 54, 70 (x2), & 84 (x2)! We loved the location: 15-20 mins to Nashville (downtown) and 20ish mins to Grand Ole Opry, 15-20 mins to the Bluebird Cafe! The house was across from the Greenway walking path! Pictures of the home posted to the VRBO/Vacasa sight were an accurate representation of the style and setup of the house. A nice 1-level living space for our parents. Just a few steps to get into the house was also a blessing. 2 out of 3 bathrooms were phenomenal! The showers were amazing. The 3rd bath was a bit tight, but do-able. Having 2 sets of washer/dryers was outstanding and no issues with running out of hot water. The kitchen was a little snug, but plates, bowls, cups, coffee mugs, silverware were in “like new” condition. The cookware was a bit “low quality” (but not a huge issue-we made it work). ** Communication was strong and well received. Definitely helped put my mind at ease while planning and heading down for the trip.** Overall, a wonderful vacation home in the Nashville area.

A Perfect Vacation Home for a Family Affair

We stayed in this wonderful home for a week while visiting our son, daughter in law and new baby. The home was spacious and clean and located in a quiet, but very convenient area of Nashville. We loved sitting around the spacious living room, and walking on the greenway which was right across the street. The property manager was easy to work with and took good care of the property. We hope to stay here again when visiting family in Nashville.

This was a great property for all of to enjoy our stay in Nashville. We had a job there and it made it so easy. The location was perfect to get downtown to enjoy live music, but also easy to drive back and forth to the job site.

Perfect house for our family

We stayed here for a long family weekend in Nashville, and the home had everything we needed. Beds were super comfortable, baths are all renovated, and the big couch and family room was a perfect spot to hang after a day of playing in the city. Close to downtown with great highway access. Can’t go wrong staying here! Owner was very responsive and courteous.
