Vi äger hela komplexet. Komplexet har 5 sida vid sida stora vackra nya townhomes. Komplexet har kapacitet att rymma upp till 50 gäster. Varje hus har 3 sovrum och 3. 5 bad. Vi har boende som passar alla grupper, så snälla fråga och vi kan hitta det bästa alternativet för dig!


Detta hem ligger i en upp och kommande del av East Nashville. East Nashville går för närvarande genom en gentrifikationsprocess. Det betyder att du kommer att se nya bostäder bredvid äldre.
Öst Nashville har varit ett populärt hipsterområde i några år nu på grund av sin närhet till centrum. Vi är en del av expansionsområdet. Vi är bara korta avstånd till prisbelönta restauranger, barer, kaféer och musikställen, i hip East Nashville. Great location and a great house for anyone visiting Nashville

Great for joint bachelor/bachelorette party!

We loved our stay, the space was large enough to house all of our friends, one guys house and one girls! This worked out perfectly. The only thing I wish was better was the rooftop. Half the lounge chairs were broken and online it shows there was a corn hole set, but did not see one. Other than that the location is great & would definitely recommend!

Perfect for our group

Having two units side by side worked great. The bedrooms are far apart from one another adding privacy. They are spacious and located near down town for our activities. We play to come back.

What a GREAT Place!

My 17 friends and I had an absolute blast in Nashville while staying here! The place fit all 18 of us comfortably and we could not have picked a better place to have our outing. Itay was a great host making it super easy to check in and provided us with so many ideas to help fill our weekend. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place to host a large event such as ours. Cheers!

Great trip for CMA fest

We took a girls trip to see the CMA fest and this property was great for the 13 of us! Excellent location that made it easy to get to and from concerts and Itay was very responsive and helpful. Definitely will come back!

Great Place for A Girls Trip

This property was two 3 floor condos, that fit 14 girls very comfortably. Close enough to local attractions, did not walk anywhere. Some cobwebs (notably in stairwell up to roof) but otherwise very clean. Inside garage door to condo automatically locked and given code didn't work. Never bothered to get it reset, just walked around to the front.

Amazing Find!!

This vrbo was the PERFECT stay for our bachelorette party of 18 people! It is located right outside downtown Nashville, only a 10-minute Uber ride. It is in an up-and-coming neighborhood so we felt safe the entire time. It is VERY rare you find a place that can accommodate this many people with separate bathrooms in EVERY room. Both houses were very clean and they laid out everything that was needed/rule in a very organized binder which was extremely helpful! Italy was super responsive when we needed our keycode reset. We cannot recommend this place enough!

Great for large groups

Wonderful units! The living area had enough space for our large group to gather. A master with a king and 2 bedrooms with 2 full/queen beds each. The roof was very cool. Not the best neighborhood but no problems and easy Uber ride to downtown. Itay was great communicating and let us drop off bags early. A lot of steps so if you have bad knees or something think about that. Thanks for a lovely stay!

This property was amazing! Short uber ride to Broadway. Very clean, comfortable beds, so much space, rooftop was amazing-just a perfect property to stay at for a big group. For 75 yr olds there were a lot of stairs, but that did not hinder us, we just took our time. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Very central to all highways. Itay and Chaz(sp?) were very helpful. I would recommend Talbot's Corner to anyone.

Perfect for CMA Fest

The property was in a great location for an easy uber to Broadway or Nissan. The home was beautiful and clean. The owner was very attentive to the minor issues we had. I informed him of a nonworking keurig, and a new one was delivered by the next am. There are a lot of steps from the garage to the roof, so might not be ideal if you have trouble with them. The rooftop view of downtown was awesome. We would definitely stay there again!

Bachelorette party with family and friends

We took a 3 night get away to Nashville and were thrilled with the house and all of its amenities! Itay was very quick to respond with any questions/concerns and the places were exactly as the pictures showed plus gorgeous rooftop views. We also had no problem obtaining multiple Ubers/Lyfts each day to take into the city. Highly recommend!

Photography Special Studies Trip

Great location close to sights and attractions. Property was very clean and easy to access. The only suggestion I would give is that the pots and pans need replacing. The nonstick coating was peeling away and made it difficult to cook for our group.

Beautiful house

It was a great stay! Lots of room! Can definitely sleep more than 10 per unit comfortably. There are a lot of stairs!!!! 3 flights! Be prepared. I didn't mind it, but my mom and nanny stayed on the ground floor with their luggage. The roof top was very spacious! We had fun up there! It was clean and great for our group of 16! Overall, great experience!

Great Team Retreat Experience!

Great homebase for fun bachelorette

Gorgeous home(s) to host the bachelorette weekend in Nashville! Gorgeous kitchen and open living room and huge rooftop. There are three bedrooms in each unit and extra cots/couches if you have a large group. We had a group of 11 and there was tons of space. We hired a private chef one night and glad he brought his own gear since the kitchen wasn't greatly stocked with pans/etc. Some wear and tear in the bathrooms.

Modern Condo in Prime Location

The property was very modern and stylish. The 2 units accommodated our whole extended family for a fun time. The location was close to downtown Nashville, the airport and even to the lake and other local activities. Although, the surrounding neighborhood does not match this modern, new condo, we felt safe.
