Lovely place to stay!

This was perfect for our party of 6. The house is adorable and Eric the host was very responsive when we’re had some confusion about the lock during our arrival. It’s about a 20 minute walk to Broadway, which was a welcome stroll for us. There are restaurants and coffee shops closer as well. During our stay there was some construction nearby, which was a bit of a nuisance early in the morning, but once that’s done I’d have no complaints about this property.

The place to be in Nashville

We spent 5 days in Nashville with a group of 8 boys for a birthday party. The place was clean, well equipped and so convenient to walk downtown and reach Broadway. We didn't used a single Uber or Taxi drive has it was so easy to walk. Germantown is up and coming, the next popular neighborhood and you can tell it will be really nice in a few years with bars en restaurant everywhere. Thanks to Eric which was super helpful and easy to communicate with before, during and after the trip. We highly recommand.

Fun, girls weekend!

The property met all of our needs. A not too long walk to Broadway or a quick Uber ride. Neil was very receptive to any inquiries we had. Check in and check out were simple and we were allowed to put our luggage in the garage before check-in. The rooftop was a nice place for morning coffee but Nashville sun is hot! So go up early or after sunset! Jonathan's across the street was a fun, cool place to hang for a quick bite or evening drink. The Distillery on the corner was terrific. We stopped in on our way to the airport and then realized the place was closed on Tuesdays. The manager opened the door and invited us in anyway after seeing us try to get in. I didn't think I was a whiskey or moonshine kind of girl, but after my visit, I think I am!

Nice house great location

House was very clean and exceeded our expectations. This was a 1st time trip for our group to Nashville. The location ended up being ideal for a short walk to all locations we wanted to see. Kelvin was readily available and took care of any needs. Would def. Recommend and stay here again.

Great place to call home

Great place for accommodating a group of people with three bedrooms and adjoining baths. While the week we were there was rather cool, the rooftop patio would be great for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Location was good - close to the farmers market. Walking distance to many sites (if walking is difficult, an Uber ride usually only takes 4 minutes to arrive). Host is very responsive (we didn’t know you had to include hitting the check mark after the 4-digit code to get in the door). Since it is city close, expect more street activity than you would find in the suburbs (our group was all 65+ and we didn’t find it bad). My friends and I would definitely book again when returning to Nashville.

Bachelorette weekend.

This is a good spot for those that don’t want to stay on Broadway and have a large group. Walk is about 20 minutes or so, but if you find scooters you can zoom out in no time. The balcony has a partial view of the baseball stadium which was awesome and we got some super cute pictures up there. And there is a great food spot across the road!!

Weekend Getaway

House was very clean and modern with everything needed for a quick vacation. The house is located a couple blocks off of the main strip, about a 10 minute walk. We had seven adults in our party that stayed and we were all comfortable in this house. The communication with the owner was great and he replied quickly to any questions we had. I would recommend this location and I would stay here again in the future.

Remarkable stay

This townhouse exceed expectations from the exceptional communication leading up to our trip, to the cleanliness and well decorated house. It was located very close to seven amazing restaurants as well as the heart of Broadway! The owner went out of his way to be accommodating for our group and a delayed flight as well as being on site one day to just ensure that the house was in perfect standing for our arrival! I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone. We were a group of 7 girlfriends on a girls trip!
