Spacious Relaxing Nashville Home

Book your Nashville getaway at our spacious and completely remodeled mid-century, 4 bedroom 2 bath home located in the hip and highly desirable neighborhood of Donelson! Centrally located to all Nashville has to offer, we are 3 miles from the Grand Ole Opry and less than 10 minutes from downtown! Immerse yourselves with the locals and experience the small-town charm of Donelson while being just minutes away from all Nashville has to offer at this newly renovated home!

Perfect for large groups and traveling families, the floor plan sleeps up to 10 people comfortably, with plenty of room share space or spread out. Select wood furniture pieces were hand-made from trees that were downed on the property from the tornado that hit the Nashville area in March of 2020.

The homeowner lives on-site in a separate unit attached to the home, but will never be in the rental space at any time during your stay. Guests have access to the entire home except for the homeowner unit and the detached garage.

Great location. The only reason no 5 star was cleanliness could have been a little better and beds were not to comfy for an old person. Very spacious and was exactly what was needed. Lots and lots of room. Would stay again.

House was just as described. Very nice and well maintained. Beds were comfy and all the amenities you would ever need. Great location to everything we were seeing and doing. Great location for Opry Mills and everything around it. Owner has very good communication. I would definitely return to stay here and would recommend it.

The hosts had wonderful communication. Check in and Check out process was easy! I noticed when we got there, there was a lot of dust, spiderwebs and hairballs that it seems the cleaners had missed—but of course the hosts were apologetic and would communicate that to their cleaners; it didn’t affect our stay. The home is exactly as described on the site, beautiful inside and out. It is on a road and can be challenging to pull out but we felt very safe in the neighborhood and appreciated the close proximity of the Gaylord. There is a tenant in an enclosed space connected to the house—the occupant did not bother us; but we didn’t know about this until after we booked the property. I do feel it should be better communicated at the top in bold letters :) overall experience 9/10!!

Very clean home. Homeowner was available if needed. The bedrooms were good size with ample closet, dresser and space for everything. Beds were very comfortable. There wasn't a room in the home where you could get away from noise. Great place for older persons just not for babies that don't find sleep easily. Railroad track very close and a train went through each day however it wasn't much of a nuisance.

The host was very easy to work with and was willing to let us host a baby shower during our stay. There were plenty of items in the kitchen making it convenient. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms nice sized, and outdoor space was really nice with a porch, patio, and lots of seating.

Disappointed with the Host

Everything was fine until I received a bill for a missing pillow of 20 a few weeks after our stay. I would of given five stars until my group was accused of taking a pillow. The pillows weren't that great and definitely not worth 20. I am 100% contesting the 20 additional charge just out of sheer principal!!!

Great Location, Good Space

Overall it was a nice place with ample space for our whole family. The fridge and bathrooms could use a good cleaning. The beds were comfy and we enjoyed sitting on the patio in the evenings. The owners were easy to communicate with and responded quickly.

Cute, clean, spacious home away from the crowds

This property was phenomenal. We booked the property for a girls weekend in Nashville to see Jo Dee Messina at the Ryman. The home was clean and easily slept the 8 of us comfortably. Everything was exactly as described. It is about 15-20 min from downtown so an Uber was relatively cheap. Would definitely book this property again!
