Summary:
Book Double Retreat on VRBO this fall and take over two side-by-side Nashville homes, "The Gambler" and "The Retreat," as one reservation for your whole crew. Each house has its own kitchen, bedrooms, and rooftop deck, just minutes from Geodis Park, perfect for family reunions or multiple families traveling together.
• Sleeping: Sleeps 24 across 8 bedrooms and 20 beds combined
• Bathrooms: 7 full bathrooms combined, easy mornings for a big group
• Rooftops: Two private decks, each with its own hot tub, fire pit, and skyline view
• Play: Rooftop mini golf with a putting green on one deck
• Games: Poker and pool table rooms with Nashville-themed murals
• Relax: Shared barrel sauna, giant chess, and hammocks in the backyard
• Kitchens: Two full kitchens and living rooms, one in each home, so nobody waits to cook
The Space:
With two full homes booked as one VRBO reservation, this stay is built for families who want their own space at the end of the night but a shared yard and rooftops to gather on all weekend. "The Gambler" and "The Retreat" sit side by side, each with a private entrance, full kitchen, and living room, so multiple families or a big extended crew can spread out without anyone on an air mattress.
Between the two houses, kids and adults alike have a backyard with a giant chess set, hammocks, and a shared barrel sauna, plus a poker table under guitar-print wallpaper and a pool table beneath a Johnny Cash mural. Each rooftop deck has its own hot tub and fire pit, and one deck adds a mini golf setup with a putting green for an afternoon that does not require leaving the house.
Spend a game day afternoon near Geodis Park, watch the skyline turn pink from either rooftop hot tub, putt a round of mini golf, then head down for a family game night at the poker or pool table before splitting back to two full homes to actually sleep.

Families will find plenty of dining nearby for group breakfasts before heading out, and comedy fans can catch a set at Zanies. It's a stretch of Nashville built for larger groups who want sports, music, and downtown nightlife close by without staying in the middle of it

Rideshare gets you to Broadway and downtown in minutes when the group is ready to trade the rooftop for the honky-tonks. Both homes are close enough to Geodis Park that game day traffic and crowds are easy to plan around
