You`ll have 100% private access to this home during your entire stay, except for one closet that I keep for personal belongings and supplies.

I am here to ensure your stay in Nashville is nothing short of amazing. I will only show up if you need me to. There is keyless entry to my home.

Everything is within 2 miles; Downtown Nashville, Broadway, Bridgestone Arena, Vanderbilt University, East Nashville, LP Field, Demonbreun St., Division St., Nissan Stadium, Top Golf and all other Middle TN hotspots!!

Uber or Lyft rides are only $7 to Broadway and LP Field!

We provide everything that a hotel will have. There will be enough tissue, paper towels, coffee, garbage bags, etc. to get you started. If you need additional supplies Walgreens is less than a mile away.
Bachelor and Bachelorette groups are welcome!!

• For homes with rooftops, do not remove any furniture from the roof or remove a neighbors’ furniture. (There will be a $200 fine for this)
