Welcome to The Porter House - your thoughtfully designed East Nashville home base for concert weekends, girls trips, wedding celebrations, family getaways, and everything in between.

Tucked into one of Nashville's most-loved neighborhoods, you'll enjoy the best of both worlds: the charm, restaurants, and local feel of East Nashville with easy access to downtown's biggest attractions. Nissan Stadium, Broadway, Bridgestone Arena, the Ryman Auditorium, Germantown, and countless music venues are all just a short drive away, making it easy to experience Music City without staying in the middle of the crowds.

While officially a one-bedroom townhome, The Porter House was intentionally designed to comfortably accommodate groups of up to six guests with three distinct sleeping spaces spread across three floors.

First Floor
The open-concept living space features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, comfortable living room, and a premium Koala sofa bed - perfect for additional guests.

Second Floor
The primary bedroom offers a true bedroom retreat, while the walk-in closet has been converted into a dedicated two-seat getting-ready vanity. Combined with the full bathroom on the same floor, there's plenty of space for everyone to get ready without feeling crowded. You'll also find a desk and workspace for remote work or trip planning.

Third Floor
Upstairs, you'll find a private Murphy bed suite, in-unit laundry, and direct access to the rooftop terrace - one of our favorite places to enjoy a morning coffee or unwind after a night exploring Nashville.

Whether you're in town for a Titans game, a concert at Nissan Stadium or Bridgestone Arena, a Broadway weekend, a destination wedding, or simply exploring East Nashville, The Porter House is designed to help your group stay together comfortably without booking multiple hotel rooms.
