“2 couples stayed for a few days to explore Hebden Bridge and surrounding area. The house is beautiful and typical of the area with good size well decorated rooms. A lovely big bathroom and good kitchen. No outside space to speak of but we sat in the small yard one afternoon. “Hebden Bridge is a nice town, many other interesting Yorkshire locations are within easy reach. The house is comfortable and nicely located, parking was no problem at all, "downtown" pubs and shops are just a few minutes away by foot. The house is spacy and well structured, so that the three of us had a good time during our stay. The hosts are helpful and easy to reach. The one little thing we found a bit misleading is that we thought there would be a small terrace or suchlike for sitting...

"It looks nice on the outside but it’s very shabby and old on the inside. Breakfast was only so so with no decent bread or cereal. It so loud nd noisy that you can’t sleep after anyone in the hotel has woken up and started moving around. "

"The hotel was ok, nothing special, upon arriving, it had a sports bar downstairs, very loud and messy, lots of alcohol and heavy drinking. It was self checkin and everyone who was checking in had issues so someone had to come and help. For a 4 star at this price, it should not be self checkin. I had an issue with the room and they changed me immediately but the walls at this hotel very thin, you could hear everything from the room next door. Gym and pool was not included it was an extra price, once again when you pay 1700 SEK a night, these should be included. Breakfast was average."
