“My stay did not fully meet my expectations. During check-in and two interactions with the same front desk clerk, I felt the service could have been more welcoming and courteous when answering simple questions. The room could also benefit from better maintenance and cleaning, as the carpet had a tear and felt sticky. Housekeeping service was not provided during my stay, although the overnight clerk was very kind and helpful in providing fresh towels. I also noticed unpleasant odors in the...

“My partner and I second visit here and was a complete 180 from when we went last year, we were treated as if we were in a way that I feel was unfair to us, we were kept waiting and standing around for a while waiting just to check in, without being given any reason as to why there was a delay, the guy behind the counter did apologize, but at the end he abnoxoisly reminded us to not “smoke in the room” which we already know and is posted all over the hotel, just like most hotels, and less then 3...

“Sunkigt hotell. Upplevelse av ett otryggt område.”

“Trevlig personal med helt okej rum men badrummet va rätt slitet. Lyhört och stökigt område. Ingen frukost eller städ ”

“Nice location next to two good subway stations at 167st that take you everywhere in Manhattan and also Brooklyn. Good size rooms and amazing showers with perfect pressure. Decent breakfast. Free water, coffee and bagles 24/7 in the lobby. Perfect for New York tourist.”

“Easy to book, very friendly personal. Everything was clean and neat. 6 min walk to nice restaurant with breakfast and lunch. Buses close that take you to train and Manhattan. I will recommend it! ”
