Negatives: cleanliness (there was hair on the wall in the shower, kitchen sponge had gross stuff on it- could have been replaced), lack of sheets/linens for couch beds, lack of hand towels for kitchen and drying stuff, the only utensils were spoons. “The apartment is amazing and it’s the perfect location. Giving it a four because I tried to reach out prior to our stay about leaving our bags early. There was no response. Also, we were notified upon arrival that there would be no hot water for the entirety of our stay, without any advance warning. ”
