Ramada by Wyndham Bronx Terminal

This hotel was close to a shopping mall, which meant I could buy a few things that I needed. The housekeeping staff were kind and courteous. Unfortunately, these were the only two aspects of the hotel that weren't disappointing. My first night, I saw someone getting arrested in the hallway near my room. The next night, guests in a nearby room were having a fight that lasted for quite some time. The very limited parking is around the corner in back of the building. The staff at check-in took quite a while to get to me and then to find my reservation and get me my key. The day I was leaving, my key was deactivated hours earlier than the check out time, while I was going back and forth loading my car with my belongings. I had to find staff to reactivate the keys, which delayed my departure and the staff were not courteous about needing to give me an active key. This is not my first bad experience at a Ramada branded hotel. I will never stay at a Ramada branded hotel again.

I loved that there was plenty of breakfast and rooms were well kept. This hotel stands out from the location. I would definitely stay here again
