Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My sister and I booked this room for a Rockaways Grrls Weekend. We had a wonderful time. The room was very clean, cute and minimal. Parking lot was an extreme plus. Excellent location to walk to all attractions. We had no issue with noise whatsoever. I would definitely book again.

Do not book this property: sexual harassment

Women and femme travelers I urge you to read this and not stay at this Vrbo property: I experienced severe sexual harassment. When I booked this property, the listing said that it was above shops and gave an incorrect address. Based on this, I did a basic google search and decided I - as a solo woman traveler - would be safe. I arrived, spend 40 minutes trying to find the property and eventually was informed of the accurate address. This property is above a bar, and because of COVID-19, the bar has been set up in the walkway to the accommodation. There was no way of getting in and out without essentially walking through an active bar, none of which was disclosed to me. I received such substantial sexual harassment from bar patrons that I had safety concerns and left early. I communicated this with Jason, the property manager, who did not take responsibility, and instead told me it was my fault for booking accommodation over a bar. In addition, for those who are less likely to experience this harassment, I will also say that the place wasn't particularly clean and looks a lot more like hostel accommodation that shown in the photos. I strongly suggest you do not book this place.

I had a very lovely stay. It was super clean, the bed was comfy. The shower was large. The decor was fascinating. I hope to stay again soon.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The HighTide suite was perfect for a long weekend at the beach for me and my husband. The suite is spacious and very clean, with a nice kitchen and separate bedroom and bathroom. It is conveniently located close to the beach and our favorite restaurants. The bed is a full-size but was comfortable enough. Check-in is easy with a lock code that is provided ahead of time.

Our only disappointment was that the air conditioner must have been leaking for days before we arrived because the floor we soaked. We cleaned it up ourselves and put a bowl under the drip.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the place is nice. That being said, when we checked in it was over 100 degrees in the place! It took 20 minutes to get the temperature to a reasonable place in the apartment. Next, there is step between the kitchen and living room that is invisible that I tripped on twice, injuring my back. When we requested a broom and extra set of sheets, it took almost a day to get them. Next, we got locked out on the second day because the electronic lock apparently ran out of batteries. When we asked for a one hour later check out we were denied, despite the fact that the check in time is 3pm and check out is 11am. Not great, but OK.
