“The property was large and was a good base to use being about 20 minutes from a beach and about 10 minutes walk from a park with swings etc for the grandchildren. It was about 5 minutes drive from an Aldi and Lidl. ”

“We try and come to Otterburn once a year as we love the area. The cabin was very clean and well stocked with tableware amd cutlery. The veds were comfy abd the hot tub was amazing. The only thing that frustrated us was the induction hob, we have never used one before so took a lot of getting used to despite reading the instructions several times.will definitely be returning and will have hopefully mastered the use of an induction hob by then!”

“Had a lovely time staying here for a few days. We had a couple of places we had on our bucket list and this was a good base. Didn’t get a chance to see the arch near by by as it was raining. Only advise would be to have a sign where the holiday homes are as we used the postcode and nav took us to road down the road. Thank you for loaning us your pass for the Beamish Living Museum, had a lovely day even though we got a little wet. ”

“It was a wonderful holiday. The cottage was very cozy, and the hostess even left freshly baked treats for us. The beds were wonderfully comfortable. There was also a baby crib, stair gate, and high chair. The enclosed garden was perfect for the dog.The surrounding area is also beautiful.Highly recommended if you're looking for a nice, quiet cottage that's still close to a town.”

“We truly enjoyed this adorable cottage. It is well hidden, and not an easy walk to any eateries or stores. The only two difficult things were the distance we had to walk, pulling our suitcase to the front door. And the second was a step down into the kitchen from the living room. "Bra hotell med bra personal. Vi hade problem med wifi i vårt och de försökte lösa det utan att lyckas, men vi löste det med ett rumsbyte. Hotellet är ju lita gammalt, men mysigt och charmigt. Bra läge mittemot järnvägsstationen. "
