“We had a lovely stay in this house near Caerphilly Castle. Train station only a 10 minute walk. Communication with owner was excellent! When we had some questions he answered really quick and accurate. For a really tall Dutch family the shower was rather small, but we managed. Some parts of the house need attention, but the interior decorating was nice. The chairs in the garden are really comfortable. We would love to come back for another visit to Cardiff.”

“The beds were dreadful and fit only for the bin. The house wasn't clean - dead spiders, dusty, chewing gum on the floor under the sofa, carpets not clean, cupboard doors falling off, the garden was a mess. This was a student house and most definitely not home from home. The host provided a mattress topper for one of the beds but it was still uncomfortable. We would never stay there again and never use VRBO again. It was a total misrepresentation of what we actually found when we arrived. ...

“Lovely property to stay at. Was ideal for a family of 4”

“The location and private car park was good especially as we were there for the University. Access to city centre and Bute park was great….But thats about it. The place could do with a touch of paint, and revamp, new carpet as numerous stain… mattress lopsided and not comfy. It needs TLC and bring it up to standard. The photos does not reflect its current state. Lots of spiders crawling around..😓. Also which freaked out my family ..”

“Photos were taken a while ago, looking quite shabby now, lots of rubbish piled up outside, bath enamel badly chipped, sofa bed was the only place to sit and not very comfortable (not enough seating for 6 people). Bedrooms look larger in the pictures, beds against the walls, hanging for clothes but no draws. TV is fine if you want to watch Netflix but no way of watching normal channels.”

“Quirky and fun, clean and inviting— from the moment we walked in the door we were impressed and delighted with the property. Plenty of room, high quality amenities and responsive communication with Imran. Highly recommend this stay.”

“Good clean quiet location, no issues at all, nice and relaxing, everything needed for a self catered break away whilst still having easy access to everything Cardiff had to offer for our stay which is just what we needed this time.”
