âWe had a great stay. It was a city break with my two children and we really enjoyed the experience. The CoalShed has real character and was a great place to hang out with my kids and use as a base to explore all the great stuff on offer in Bristol.
We loved the games facilities and the 'honesty bar', which is a great idea and was definitely welcome in the evening.
The communal area is great for socialising with the other guests as well.

The hotel is in a beautiful old building but with great modern comforts (air-con especially welcome during the recent heatwave). The Classic room we stayed in was huge as was the bathroom. All in all a great stay. Thank you! â

Stayed at the Leonardo Hotel Bristol City with my wife and also booked a room for my friendâs birthday. The hotel was spot on â modern, clean, and super comfortable. It was the perfect place to relax after a day out in the city.
We went to see Moulin Rouge at the Hippodrome, which was just a 20-minute walk from the hotel, so the location was ideal for us. Plus, the staff were really friendly, and checking in was a breeze.

âA really comfortable stay, and a great night's sleep, that felt miles away from the hustle and bustle of Bristol, but still close enough to other amenities that you don't feel isolated. I didn't have dinner on this occasion, due to other commitments, but the menu looked very enticing. Breakfast was well presented and tasted amazing. Just what i needed whilst working away from home. â
âWeekend staff were amazing. On Monday the chef was extremely rude and condescending when was told that the coffee machine had run out of coffee and when was requested for a fried egg. She literally snapped at my son when he asked for a fried egg. Not impressed at all! Otherwise this hotel deserves a 5 star rating all over â
