“A very memorable stay highly recommended”

“Spotless. Clean and tidy. Quiet. Had all the facilities needed Second time there. ”

“Unfortunately I cannot post photos of the property but where to begin. When we arrived we were greeted with full bins and rubbish on the floor which we were told to pick up. The outside furniture is in a horrible state that I wouldn’t even let the kids sit on with the rust. The oven was in a disgusting state and the fridge door was broken. The state of the cottage was like nothing I’ve seen before. Which is very surprising considering that when you book this property you are then told that the...

“We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at this wonderful rental property. The interior and exterior spaces were impressively spacious, offering ample room for relaxation and enjoyment. The views from the property were absolutely fantastic, providing a breathtaking backdrop throughout our visit. Having access to the spa was a delightful amenity that truly enhanced our experience. We would highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a memorable and comfortable getaway.”

“Had a great stay at mc courts cottage with the family . Lovely little charming irish cottage with over 200 year of history and hopefully many more . Kids loved playing in the garden and using the swing . What a fantastic location for getting out of busy life and totally relaxing in the mournes with the beautiful views . Hot tub was brilliant for un winding in the evening in a peaceful setting . Would definitely return to lazy evening in front of the little log burner .”

“Hosts Margaret and Bill were extremely accommodating and gracious. They served as fantastic guides to all the local activities, restaurants and tourist attractions. Margaret’s homemade Irish bread was incredible! Port hole Cottage was lovely, clean, conveniently located to everything we wanted to do and gave us a home away from home feeling. We highly recommend this beautiful cottage by the sea!”

“Our only regret about choosing this charming property is that we were unable to stay longer! It was the perfect spot for our family to rest and restore after busy days seeing Northern Ireland. Esther is friendly and welcoming, the home was perfect and the nearby village had all the necessities.”

“We arrived later than we expected, but it was easy to find. It was wonderful accommodation to arrive to, for weary travelers as ourselves. It was a warm and welcoming environment. The bed was super comfortable! We would recommend this place wanting to experience rural Northern Ireland.”

“Larchfield is a lovely, comfortable, fully equipped home away from home. We were delighted with everything and would definitely come back & will recommend it to others. It is an easy walk to restaurants and shops and a good starting base for exploring the whole region.”

“The cottage was delightful! It isn’t a shared space, so the whole place was ours - so nice! I highly recommend this quaint town. It has cute shops and wonderful pubs in easy walking distance. The host was super helpful with anything we needed and the cottage is spotless. The parking was tight, but there are lots nearby if you aren’t comfortable with the curb parking. For future travelers from the arid American West, Europeans don’t use a top sheet and regulate their inner temperatures different...

“The cottage was just perfect. So comfortable and it was so nice of our host to welcome us with fresh scones and flowers. She was very helpful and we so enjoyed meeting her. We would truly rent it again.”

“Just great and lovely kind helpful people”

“We had a fantastic time at Olivia-Leigh Cottage! Olivia is a wonderful host - she sent detailed instructions for the check in process, left a lovely welcome hamper for our arrival, was flexible with our needs on check out day and kindly mailed an item we left behind to us after our stay! The cottage is superb - great location, charming, cosy, spacious and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely be back soon. Thank you Olivia!”

“Lovely cottage in a very peaceful and scenic area, exceptionally clean and the welcome gift was a thoughtful touch.”
