“The staff at Hilton Cabana Miami Beach Resort were friendly, nice, and helpful, but overall it felt like management does not pay enough attention to the quality of service and room readiness. I booked two rooms. In the first room, the fridge and hairdryer were not working when we arrived. A technician had to come and fix them by reconnecting the cable and resetting the hairdryer. “The Hilton Bentley gave us the lovely experience we were after for our holiday. The suite on the 10th floor had a wonderful view towards the beach and ocean, the amenities in the room where excellent. We got a wonderful check-in, much thanks to the manager Cree, who also recommended the change of room. Santorini restaurant and the pool area was also a pleasant experience, not to mention the beach club, which was wonderful. Only sad thing was that 6 days went by all to quick.”
