“Close to the airport and comfortable beds.”

“Nice, clean, comfortable rooms, big bathrooms! Decent breakfast. We stay here every time we come to Winter Park. But being adult friendly hotel, we really wish there was somewhere for furry friends to use the restroom. The immediate area around the hotel is overrun by shrubs. Really that’s my only complaint.”

“Buyer beware! Paid for extra protection and the day of the stay I couldn't find my purse and I was told I couldn't check in without my license and visa which were in my purse. I called Expedia and Ameristar and each of them blamed the other. I see this as Expedia's chance to do the right thing. They didn’t. I got the same response for both emails I sent. “Bed was comfy. Clean and modern hotel”

“Perfect place to stay for wedding. Easy to get to from the airport. Location is like being in the suburbs pretty much anywhere with the same shopping, eating, businesses. Staff was so pleasant and accommodating. The continental breakfast was one of the best according to husband. Loved the walk in shower and great water pressure. Bed very comfy and was able to control the room temp to our satisfaction. Only thing, for me, was we were right outside where the elevators were and you can here...
