“This condo is perfect for a small family, location could not be better. It's a smaller complex and it is quiet and feels private. Parking is easy, walkable to all shops/restaurants and CU Boulder. The condo was clean, owner's communication was easy and reliable. Beds comfortable. The lights, toilet and blinds are all on a "smart" system which can take a bit to figure out--but any issues and you context or email the host!”

The adjacent patio was perfect, with tree shade, patio furniture, and a hot tub that was so welcoming! The hosts were so responsive, even though we didn't need much! They thought of literally EVERYTHING! Our little pup loved it, as well and by the second day knew where she belonged. It was private but with lots of light. So much fun. ”

“This place is incredible. The views of downtown are beautiful, and the location couldn’t be better. We chose it so we could walk to Mile High Stadium for a soccer game, and it took less than five minutes. If you’re planning to attend a concert or sporting event, this is a perfect spot. Check-in was simple and smooth. The host sent the door and garage codes about an hour before arrival, responded quickly to questions, and was easy to reach.
