“It’s what I expected and reflects the price. I was in #1 which was adjacent to the laundry room. It wouldn’t be a problem if you’re out during the day, I spent most of the time in the room. ”

The carriage house is as advertised and within walking distance to downtown Golden, The downside to its location is that it’s on an alley, complete with several abandoned vehicles and other large items that should be removed. The property, though, is fresh and clean and comfortable, and both the manager and the owner were quick to respond to my messages.”

“Dream location for my nephew’s graduation from college at Boulder. Rooms and space feels like you are living in a Dwell magazine property. First class fixtures throughout. Owners were wonderful to work with and very personable. I highly recommend you visit!”

“I stayed here for 2 weeks while in Denver on business. The apartment is well appointed with everything you might need. The kitchen has a small fridge and a microwave, and all the dishes you would need. There is no stove. The living room is comfortable and the couch pulls out to make a queen size bed. The bathroom is very nice with a large walk in shower. All toiletries, towels and linens are provided as expected. The house is close to everything you need. Thanks for the great stay!”

Didn’t get bother at all by owner as it is the back house. Only thing that need to be fixed is the WiFi signal that was a little weak.Also the house lock master takes a little bit of time to understand.”
