“If you want to stay in a quiet place away from the tourist crunch in Bath this is the place for you. The owners communicated promptly and informatively. Very personable, as upon arrival they left us a handwritten note welcoming us and advising they had left bread, butter, milk and eggs in the frig for our first morning meal. “This lovely cottage is on a hillside that overlooks a beautiful valley. We enjoyed sitting in the conservatory to relax in the morning or after a day site seeing. When the sun is out the conservatory can get a little to hot. There are a lot of stairs to manuver, but in spite of that we the many stairs we loved our stay.”

“The weather was not particularly kind to us during our stay so the property's great location helped enormously in keeping us dry (being literally metres from the Roman Baths, the Abbey and Heritage Centre). “We had a lovely stay at Dearholme for the weekend of my wedding. The bridal party stayed at this property and the grooms party stayed up the road at the Ridge - it was a perfect setup and the location couldn't have been more idyllic. “Immaculate property, compact and well fitted out. Smooth booking process with good communication and the owner was lovely. We checked in late, 10.30pm and were were really touched to find he had turned lights on and even electric heaters in the main room and bedroom, it was so appreciated. There was also fresh bread, milk, eggs and butter so breakfast was sorted. Beautiful location, very close to park and ride and multiple areas of interest. Highly recommended.....thank you!”

“Lots of properties say they are dog friendly but rarely are they so dog welcoming!! My two adult sons, Labrador and I had a four night break to coincide with the end of Uni term. "Prisvärt och praktiskt att bo på detta hotell om man främst ska besöka Cardiff bay. (Till stadskärnan tar det ca 25-30 min att gå) Har bott på detta hotell 2 ggr tidigare och denna gång var inte den bästa Men det kan bero på att hotellet den här gången hade så många gäster Tex blev det tomt på faten under frukosten och den var heller inte lika riklig och inbjudande som andra gånger jag bott här.
