“This property was just cleaned when we arrived, however there were roaches. After it had just been cleaned. I tried to contact the property owner/manager. Someone spoke to me the first time, but that was it. They never responded back, after numerous attempts. They even contacted VRBO and told them they had left me a response on Crash pads. When the representative reached out to me, I told her that I could not find the message from the property owner. She could not either. There was no response...

“The property was in a very run down and unsafe area. I was not comfortable once I actually drove to the property and ended up making other arrangements. The VRBO post did not accurately show the area and the level of comfort or safety one should expect. And when we made the decision it was not safe to stay there, the host was completely unwilling to work with me to recover any of our spend. I am encouraging you think very hard about this property.
