“Great hotel, great service with Valet and getting to the room. Clean and tidy. Nice room, silent, AC was et to 66 F which to us Europeans is freezing - but that was easily solved. The only setback was the elevators that took forever in the morning The surroundings offered very few breakfast places though. And the breakfast menu at the hotel was insanely expensive.”

“The stay was great, except for the water main break, which left us without water for more than 10 hours the second night. We were told that they would give us some compensation for the inconvenience, but since we booked through a third party we had to work with the third party. It would have been nice if they would have settled things with us, and then settle things on the back end with the third-party. That would have been an opportunity to "wow" their guest. Now, I guess we will see whether...

“Absolutely fantastic in every way! Check in was super simple. The parking garage is right around the corner and easy to access. This property is walking distance to tons of great places. We found a beer garden with a German restaurant that was 10/10. The rooms have everything you could need. Super cute. Super clean. We stayed in the Copland room. Absolutely stunning. Wonderful Wednesday away from home. I would stay here again and again. ”

“Easy late check in experience. Great variety of breakfast options including: bagels, yogurt, cereal, bread, pancake sausage sticks, fruit, coffee, tea and juices. Convient location close to airport, gas stations, restaurants, etc. Friendly customer service.”
