“Great new hotel, despite not having direct access to the beach, it was super comfortable, the pool area on the top is really nice (with 2 warm jacuzzi) and great views , rooms are super nice and clean (with partial sea view in the room we got), excellent breakfast, 24/7 parking garage FREE, without valet parking (we had bad experience before), and beach is literally 5 minutes away walking, definitely recommend the place for what you get and the price (it is even more worth it than some hotels...

“Got food poisoning from the recerved dinner in Restaurant Tokyo. Food quality in general there was the worst we had in our 2 weeks stay in Mexico. After getting very sick, we were not able to even get water bottle from the reception to help. When approaching the staff and the manager about the situation, not a single sign empathy or concern about the patients health was shown. Only a statememnt of "you cannot prove it is our fault". Entertaiment staff were exceptional.”

“The food was excellent. Service incredible. I liked that everything was included. We didn’t have to sign for anything we ordered which was another bonus. Rooms had beautiful views.”

“The stay at the property was good”

“el bar no es bar no hay musica por parte del hotel en ninguna parte. falta remodelacion en todo”

“Lagom lyxigt å bra service♥️”

“Todo perfecto”

“We came to stay one night on a return trip to MX. We found it under new management & we’re not disappointed. Midway thru our trip the threat of Hurricane Simon shut down everything in PV. We were stuck so returned to Casa Virgilio’s to wait out a flight home. The staff were very accommodating! We recommend Casa Virgilio’s!”

“Excelente opción !!”

“The room was spacious and clean. The beds were so comfy, we loved the crisp fresh sheets! The grounds and pools are pretty, extends onto the beach with 2 nice restaurants to enjoy the sunsets with dinner. Staff were friendly and helpful.”

“El hotel y las habitaciones impecables, el personal muy amable. El único tema que tuvimos es que siempre que intentamos pedir room service tardaban 2hrs en entregar.”

“La habitación si estaba limpia,el personal no es nada atento la señorita de la recepción apenas y te contesta,el desayuno muy malo ,la coladera del baño estaba tapada,el internet no sirve el agua sale amarilla el elevador sirve pero lo ponen fuera de servicio,la verdad muy mal servicio”

“Good service & friendly staff”

“Close to most things. Loved everything about this hotel. My very best experience so far.”
