“Got food poisoning from the recerved dinner in Restaurant Tokyo. Food quality in general there was the worst we had in our 2 weeks stay in Mexico. After getting very sick, we were not able to even get water bottle from the reception to help. When approaching the staff and the manager about the situation, not a single sign empathy or concern about the patients health was shown. Only a statememnt of "you cannot prove it is our fault". Entertaiment staff were exceptional.”

“Our recent stay was overall very enjoyable, and we truly appreciated many aspects of the property. The food was consistently good, and we especially liked that the pools never felt overly crowded. The views—from both our room and the sky bar—were absolutely stunning and added a special touch to the experience. Service throughout the resort was attentive and prompt. “Good experience for the price. The rooms and bathrooms were a bit worn out but the staff were very service minded. We had to change room few times due to humidity and fungi smell. The staff were responsive, helpful and never got defensive when asking for a change.”
