“The room was not clean. The restaurants were not useful. You can’t eat all of them. Way too many restrictions. Was there for 4 days and never got to eat at the steakhouse. Everyday I went it was a different excuse. 2 restaurants are closed daily. My room had roaches. Literally crawling on the wall”

“Got food poisoning from the recerved dinner in Restaurant Tokyo. Food quality in general there was the worst we had in our 2 weeks stay in Mexico. After getting very sick, we were not able to even get water bottle from the reception to help. When approaching the staff and the manager about the situation, not a single sign empathy or concern about the patients health was shown. Only a statememnt of "you cannot prove it is our fault". Entertaiment staff were exceptional.”

“Los cuartos de habitación muy grandes, la playa limpia la comida muy sabrosa, la atención excelente que relación calidad precio es muy buena son son su istas que te renta realmente te permiten llevar tu comida y pues cocinar adentro si quieres o calentar cosas muy buen lugar”

“Unfortunately our rental car was stolen from the parking garage of the hotel while the valet parking had the key in their station. This matter is still under investigation by hotel, police and car rental company but we really hope that hotel assumes responsibility for this and increase security and processes in their parking and valet services. Of course this ruined our stay there, otherwise good.”

“Ideal para familias, un hotel pequeño pero tiene lo necesario para pasarla bien. Los restaurantes de bufet no los recomiendo mucho, la comida no es buena, pero los demás restaurantes bien, el de cocina italiana delicioso.”
