“The whole place just smelled clean. The shuttle driver was very kind and efficient.”

“Room was basic, they had some water heater issues so we never got hot water in our room during our two night stay. Could have done a better job cleaning up the debris from the workers. ”

“Most of the staff was great and the shuttle driver was ver nice. The only complaint I have is when I first called for the shuttle when we arrived the woman who answered was pretty rude and told us if we weren’t in the right spot (despite describing exactly where we were) the shuttle would only wait 5 minutes and then we would have to “uber our own way to the hotel”. ”

“That didn’t notified about the bus shuttle was unavailable. We hand to wait and ultimately uber to the hotel. ”

“We brought our young kids for a few days over Spring Break and had a great time! The indoor pool and hot tub area were clean and well maintained. The breakfast was delicious and the beds were comfortable and room was clean. Very pleased overall and it was a good location. We will be back!”

“The room was okay nothing fantastic, basic beds weren’t the best. Staff wasn’t very friendly, they weren’t rude just not so friendly. They didn’t smile wasn’t welcoming at all. ”

“This stay was great! The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Best I’ve experienced in a long time! Complimentary breakfast was great with lots of options. Rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. Only complaint I have is that our room smelled a bit musty. Overall a great stay for our family and would stay here again!”

“The food at the restaurant inside was good, the hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas, all the staff were nice. The manager came over personally and asked about my stay when I was at the bar. Many holiday parties going on. Perfect location to walk around Grapevine and uber if needed to further locations. ”

“Everything was good, but the breakfast buffet and bartender was not up to par. I came orginially for the breakfast and the bar, but I will not be coming back. I would rather stay at another hotel. Front desk was great, especially the man up front checking people in during the pm session. I don't remember his name, but he was very personable and attended to our very needs. He also, remembers the guest, which is excepationally great. HE NEEDS A BONUS!!!!!!!”
