“Gave an extended weekend trip to my sister and brother in law for their 59th birthdays. They had an amazing relaxing time. They are repeat visitors at the Palms because it is second to none on Ocean Beach. Bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas provided making it stress free. Staff is always accommodating including assisting with luggage at the dock. They took their own boat and the staff still met them and assisted. “Excellent in every way. Everything else advertised and more. Plenty of towels, beach, chairs, etc., etc. No real negatives. House is even closer to the beach than advertised.”

“The house was clean. Communication with management company was subpar. We got scripted responses to all questions, and false information. For example, we asked if hot tub was working and was told it was. When we arrived, the hot tub was broken and dirty. Also, check-out is at 10am and there is nowhere to leave belongings if you’d like to stay in FI for the day. They should allow a place to keep luggage prior to departure. Overall, great and clean house and amazing location!”
