“Great place to stay if you’re visiting family, friends, or just in town to sightsee. The property was well managed, exactly as described & displayed in the photos, and accessible to other boroughs (Bronx, Brooklyn, & Queens). Despite it being attached to the main house, guests still have full privacy of the suite. Would stay here again when possible! ”

“No complaints! Paul, the homeowner, greeted us as we arrived and gave us a little tour of the space before leaving us to our own devices. My husband and I brought our two friends in from LA and we wanted to show them a good time! We were originally concerned it would feel tight with 4, but it was actually perfect. Close to the harbor, private, spacious and a sexy outdoor shower with suspiciously great water pressure. We would definitely stay here again. 10/10! See you again soon, Paul!”

“We were unable to go on our trip due to illness and having to be tested for Covid. Host as well as VRBO were very unsympathetic, failed to work with us for a re-book and we lost our entire rental fee!!! They are only in it for the MONEY!! DO NOT RENT THIS as our expectations were much higher and we were very disappointed in the way our situation was handled by the Host and VRBO!!!”

Throughout the property, everything is well-cleaned. Guests have access to private and shared appliances along with utensils. However, there are some drawbacks. “The owner never communicated and I had no way of getting into the apt. Multiple calls, messages, VRBO representatives tried reaching out....NOTHING...Left stranded....DO not rent from!”

“We enjoyed our stay. The house was set up perfectly for two families traveling together. The beds were comfy and we loved the outdoor showers. There were only two bikes for 9 of us so we ended up renting. There were also not enough beach chairs and some were not in great shape. The fridge in the kitchen needed to be replaced and there were not enough coffee cups and dishes.”

“We found the house to be really cute and fun to stay in. The location was excellent and we even saw a deer on our last morning! Our main issues, and why this isn’t a 5 star rating, were that multiple lighting fixtures weren’t working and there was an entire bed missing. The ad mentions “1 queen, 1 double, 4 twin’ beds however there’s really 1 queen and 4 twins. This could have caused a big problem if our group was just a bit larger. The ad should be changed to reflect the accurate information...

“The house was clean. Communication with management company was subpar. We got scripted responses to all questions, and false information. For example, we asked if hot tub was working and was told it was. When we arrived, the hot tub was broken and dirty. Also, check-out is at 10am and there is nowhere to leave belongings if you’d like to stay in FI for the day. They should allow a place to keep luggage prior to departure. Overall, great and clean house and amazing location!”
