Great place close location to the beach view is good as well! The condo is clean and well kept! There were beach chairs for our use as well! They have many things for young kids to use atvyhd condo as well!

This place is great. Clean and excellent location. The view from the balcony is incredible!! It has everything you need to make your stay great. The owners are very nice and accommodating.

Amazing family vacation!

Zen relaxation

We had the perfect weekend getaway here. Walked down to the beach and the harbor in minutes! It exceeded all my expectations in terms of location. Can’t wait to return.

Wife visit family

Got the VRBO for my wife so she could visit her family. The location was great and she really enjoyed walking to the beach. She also enjoyed the view when she drank her morning coffee. Will definitely stay again when we come back to town.

Great property and condo!

Definitely a home away from home. the property is beautiful, and the location is perfect. I’d choose this unit if trying to decide! The owners are the most accommodating I’ve ever had the pleasure to rent from!

Perfect Harbor location

We were in town for the Oceanside Ironman. Last time we stayed closer to the finish line, but I liked this location better. It was also more comfortable staying in a condo with a full kitchen instead of a hotel.

Oceanside downtown & harbor

This great spot is walking distance from downtown O’side and the harbor. A great jumping off point to explore all parts of this cute beach town. The rental unit has everything you need, plus amenities at the property include two pools and jacuzzis, gym, pool table, ping pong and more. A truly special location for a getaway.

Oceanside Fun

What a lovely,clean,well appointed place to stay. We enjoyed the marina and the beachfront. The complex was fantastic and the grounds were so tropical and well maintained. Thank you. Can't wait to return!!!!

Awesome location with comforts of home

This is my third stay at North Coast and Gary and Sharon provide all the extra amenities that make this a preferred unit. Highly recommend.

Ocean Weekend Getaway

Property location was amazing right next to ocean and small shops/restaurants nearby. Location easy to locate right off freeway. Great place for nice relaxing with spouse or kids too. Check in only issue was read directions carefully as you have to locate guard shack to get keys from main office inside complex... took 15 minutes all together so not big deal just pay attention to directions provided. We will be staying here next trip down to the ocean was awesome.

Fabulous Destination

Our stay was wonderful! Great location with beautiful view of the ocean and harbor. The beach was right outside the gate. Many, many amenities. Pool, jacuzzi, gym, bbq’s and pool tables. Shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Love it! We will be back. 😎

Exactly as advertised — or slightly better

Everything about our week was better than expected — the weather, the area, and this apartment. Clean, amazingly well -equipped and so convenient to everything that we only got the car out for forays to San Diego. We were surprised by our ability to walk to any meal we wanted, and the surfers were an unexpected delight, whether watching them as distant dots from our balcony or right under us from the pier. We certainly recommend #121.
