Phoenix Orange Beach 2006 Àr en 4 sovrum, 3 bad östra hörn enhet vid det nyaste komplexet i Orange Beach. Phoenix Orange Beach ligger inom gÄngavstÄnd till restauranger och butiker. Denna enhet ligger pÄ 20: e vÄningen. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-sÀng, tillgÄng till balkong och master bad med dubbla fÄfÀnga, bubbelbadkar och separat dusch. Sovrum 2 och 3 har bÄda 2 queen size-sÀngar med gemensamt badrum. Det 3: e sovrummet har ocksÄ 2 queen size-sÀngar och angrÀnsande bad med duschkabin.

Det stora vardagsrummet har golv till tak fönster med vacker utsikt över södern. Köket Àr fullt utrustat med granitrÀknare och rostfria vitvaror. Det finns ocksÄ en full storlek tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare. Denna enhet Àr rökfri och husdjur Àr inte tillÄtna.

De komplexa bekvÀmligheterna kommer att omfatta: tÀckt parkering, utomhuspool, uppvÀrmd inomhuspool, bubbelbad, lat flod med vattenrutschbana, gym, tennisbana och grillplats. Rökning Àr inte tillÄten i enheterna eller pÄ balkongerna. GÀst fÄr röka i parkeringsdÀcket och endast driva utrymmen.

Exactly like described. Met all of our expectations! We traveled with our 4 kids ages 11 to 19. We walked in and the kids were excited by how great it was! Easy check in and check out process. Will definitely plan to stay here again!

Incredible Stay

My wife and I stayed in the condo with 2 other couples and it was by far the nicest place I've stayed in my 5+ years with VRBO. View from the 20th floor is amazing from the balcony, MBR and 2 of the other bedrooms. We had plenty of space for the 6 of us. Thank you for sharing such a wonderful place.

Family vacation 2024

Condo was extremely spacious. ice machine in the room was very convenient when fixing ice cold drinks to go enjoy the beach. Beach attendants were extremely polite and helpful! Bagged ice cooler located in the pool area saved trips to the store for ice. The pool area with lazy river and large slide was AWESOME!! Definitely recommend this condo for family vacation!!!

Fall beach trip

The property was wonderful. It was clean, spacious, beautiful and the most Ans I g views from every room. The amenities were perfect with the indoor pool and hot tubs. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

A little disappointed this time!

This was my second time renting this exact condo. Last time everything was good except for hair left in the master shower. This time I was a bit disappointed! Delay getting into the condo because the ceiling was falling in the second bathroom. When I called to question why we haven't received the code to access the unit I was met with rudeness. Where I was told the condo was not available yet because someone was working on it. This was a lie because I stood outside the door for two hours. Plus I was never informed of this prior to arrival. Only after a second call 30 mins later I was told about the truth about the maintenance issue with the falling ceiling which was never repaired. Secondly we reported a toilet being stopped up in the first bathroom. I was told that a repair ticket was placed. No one ever showed up to correct the problem. This is problematic for 8 ladies in one condo. Honestly I feel like I should be refunded some of my money! Hopefully this will get corrected but I will not likely rent this condo going forward or use Liquid Life.

Great condo for a big family!

The property manager was very responsive throughout the process! The condo had everything we needed with plenty of room for everyone to sleep. We had ages 2-70 with us and everyone loved it! Overall, definitely recommend staying here!

Best spot we’ve ever had!

The condo was incredibly spacious and laid out perfectly, the amenities the property has to offer were great as well. We travel to orange beach every year and always stay in a new spot, I believe this is going to be our new go to. Nothing we would request or change about this rental aside from some pot holders and extra dish towels. Everything was perfect!

Great location, plenty of space.

We have stayed in this building before and know the space works for us. First time in this unit. Overall it was great. Only downside, the 4th bedroom needed blackout curtains. It is an interior room with a window to the hallway. The lights stay on all night! hard to sleep with the light and only a shutter. The couch’s could use replacing as well. My family loves orange beach! We’ll be back!

Great property. Plenty of space to spread out. Master Bedroom King Bed ocean views. 3 additional bedrooms each with two queen beds. Two with great views and other dark and quiet. 3 large baths. So much to say. Property details spot on. Thanks Phoenix Orange Beach.

Family holiday

The property is large and comfortable. It can be difficult finding a rental which will accommodate sleeping arrangements but this unit, with 4 bedrooms (three of which have 2 queen beds in each) worked perfectly for us. Three bathrooms enabled easy access for everyone’s needs. While the kitchen is well stocked we feel guests (ourselves included) would benefit from at least two kitchen towels and some potholders and trivets to remove pans from oven and then have a place to set them so not directly on the counter. The large area rug in the living room was a great place for our grandchildren to play and the balcony is well equipped with large table and 6 chairs, two high top chairs connected with small table and two adjustable lounge chairs! Over the years we have come to trust Phoenix properties and the care they take in managing their properties. Phoenix properties are always our first choice. Enjoy!

Excellent stay.

Excellent stay at Phoenix OB. Some small issues
 no pot holders for hot pots, more dish towels and bath towels would be nice, and someone to answer the the “emergency” number. Issue with wifi was fixed quickly with visit to front desk and call to ISP. Great stay and will do it again!!!

Perfect Beach condo

Our stay here was fantastic! The condo was large and worked great for our family (my husband and I, our 3 kids and my parents). From the 20th floor, we could see sting rays, turtles, and dolphins and often ate meals out on the deck. We enjoyed the lazy river, slide and hot tubs, but the best part was that the beach was just on the other side and spent as much time there as possible. It was close enough that we didn’t need to pack a lunch. We did have to run to the store to get some hand soap (none provided) and dishwasher tabs (2 provided)and almost ran out of toilet paper, but I would definitely stay here again.
